Separate cutoffs for NEET 2025 Meghalaya will be released for 85% state quota and 15% AIQ seats. NEIGRIHMS will announce the cutoff for 85% state quota, while the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will release the cutoff for the 15% AIQ seats on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

North East Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong is the competent authority to conduct the counselling process for Meghalaya NEET 2025 admission. You must submit the application form along with a payment of INR 500 to the institute before the last date. 

The expected Meghalaya NEET cutoff 2025 for General (UR/EWS) category is 630 – 160 marks, based on previous trends and competition levels. SC/ST/OBC candidates must score at least 130 – 160 marks as per the 40th percentile requirement. Candidates who score 500 or more in NEET 2025 are likely to get admission to NEIGRIHMS through Meghalaya MBBS counselling. All students admitted through MBBS counselling must sign a bond with the Government of Meghalaya, requiring them to serve in rural areas for 5 years after completing their MBBS degree.
