The course curriculum is very fine and properly structured, they take care of core and non core both the courses and offer open elective courses amd also minors , students get these courses on the basis of their cgpa.

The course B.Arch is for architecture and so far I have studied for 3 semesters and am currently in my 4th one, and I can say the course curriculum is very compact and knowledgeable for people aspiring to become an architect, not only that but we also get to experience practical usage since we get some projects to design and do. The only part I don't like is the frequency of assignments given to us. sometimes we are free the entire week or sometimes we have 10 assignments to submit in a single week.

I have interest in design and NIRF of Architecture and planning At IIT Roorkee is1. From my childhood I am interested in buildings and construction and that's why I choose this course. For courses there are enough faculties like for foundation studio(engeeneering drawing) codes there is 6 faculties In which three yard professors and three are technical assistants. For other courses like climate engine architecture there is 2 faculties in which one is professor and one is technical assistant. For course of building and constructions there is 1 professor and one technical assistant. All the faculties are very much experienced and all of them are either of alumni of IIT Rookie or other design related colleges like SPA Delhi. There are two term exams conducted per semester in which there is a midterm and there is a end term, mid term contains approximately fifty percent of the syllabus of each course and end term contains full syllabus. The exams difficult are moderate.

I joined the course because I was interested in buildings. The faculty: student is 1:8. There is Teacher Assistance (TA) who helps us solve assignments and clear doubts after the lecture sessions. Faculties have Ph.D. in specialization fields. There are two exams per semester - one is mid tern and another is end-term. Exams are not that tough to pass if one studies a bit attentively.

I have had a very much interest in architecture since the start of my 11th class so I have joined B.arch and the Student ratio is very bad in this course we have 8 girls in the class of 38. There are 2 exams in 1-semester Midterm and end-term and they are very much easy compared to B tech exams.
I received an MCM scholarship from the MHRD, a SALF award from the Alumni Network, and financial help for the Foreign Exchange program. A lot of other scholarships were also available in this Institution so it was a easy going. I had to pay a fee of the amount of 150000. I was satisfied with course because I had got the scholarship.
The course structure is curated by some of the well known experts and scholars of IIT. In those five years, i learnt a lot of things. I acquired skills including paper sketching, visual drawing and the techniques used in visual drawing. Class size was kept to a minimal since practical subjects were also taught in the class. Qualification of the faculty members was very advanced and they all had a good amount of experience.
The curriculum of the college without a doubt according to the industrial standards and as per the guidelines. The curriculum helps us to understand all the basic concepts and fundamentals of architecture. The curriculum gives us an insight into values, decision making, the importance of design, principles and guidelines of architecture and interior designing.
In comparison to private colleges, it is very feasible. Government College is the best in the country. The college accepts all forms of payment, including DD, Online RTGS, and others. No, there will be additional admission fees to pay. Admission is solely based on merit as determined by the JEE Rank.
My interest in design and engineering-oriented me towards architecture in general plus the plethora of opportunities that the IIT Roorkee offered helped me decide to choose the program. The faculty to student ratio was about 1:20. All the faculty were highly qualified with Phd and multiple years of teaching experience in similar well-known institutions. The exams were conducted twice every semester. The grading was competitive and based on the relative method.
