Campus is really beautiful and lush green. It feels like heaven in sprint when you saw lots of flowers around you.
Campus life is socially very active. There is a good club culture of different fields. Student can join any club according to their interest

Someone can easily be distracted from his/her goals. You have to be focused and have to ignore and have to stay away from such things.
Some courses are very old and they keep teaching it by conventional methods.

JEE advanced exam need to be cracked to get admission. For that you have to clear JEE mains first. JEE main happene twice a year in which your best of two is considered and JEE advanced happens once a year.

Academic Pressure is not so much as compared to other IIT’s so the student will learn many things apart from academic
There are so many fests and events and all of them are organised by students so the students will surely learn many things from managing that events

The main thing a student see in an IIT is placement so the Placement cell needs to be improved means more placement opportunities will be needed
The worst thing in IIT is Mess food🤮 There is no taste in Sabji and there is lot of Aata in Roti

So admission in this course is by qualifying the jee adavance with a rank of nearly about 1500 to 1900 The application form will be available on the official sit of Jee advance application fee is nearly about 1000 rupees and you will be eligible for jee advance if you qualify jee mains so the application date is in april for hee advance and for jee mains it is in nov-dec Jee adavance happens once in a year and consist of 2 papers on the same day of 3 hours each and it is very difficult seriously because it is the one of the hardest exam in india and jee mains happens twice in a year firstly in January and next in april from them the best of two jee mains is considered one one paper is there of 3 hours and not much that hard compared to jee advance. I think the admission process is very efficient and good one thing to improve is the variation of difficulty level in jee mains exam as there are 8 papers happen in jee main and there are of different difficulties so this had to be improved

The admission process is very simple,first you need to give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced,then if your rank is around 4000 then you can get chemical engineering at IIT Roorkee. The rank opens at around 264 and closes around 160000.

My college gives freedom of living and allowance to roam or to participate in different social clubs which is good part. I also like aesthetics of college specially the IIT Roorkee Main building which represents every iitR student.
My college also provides the great hostel facilities specially the concept of single room which enhanced my college experience. I also like how academics is managed without any burden semester course might be not that tough.

Hostel checking is a bit problematic still warden is friendly.
Everyone in campus is very serious about studies.

JEE MAINS & JEE advanced score.I GOT 72 marks in jee advanced and got chemical engineering JEE WEBSITE Jee provides a reservation benefits for obc,sc&st. Jee mains is a bit easy than Jee advanced but for admissions in IIT you have to qualify both. JEE mains occurs twice a year Jee ADVANCED occurs once a year.

75 percentage criteria for attendance.its very frustrating
Food of mess. sometimes it is good but most of time it's bad

For this, an entrance exam has to be given and its cut-off varies according to the category and it keeps changing every year. This is the best institute for civil engineering and the oldest B. The environment here is very good and there are extracurricular facilities.

Academics-We have well structured syllabus for all courses available along with best of professors with best knowledge in their subjects.
Sports:we have all kinds of sports available ranging from indoor to outdoor be it tennis lawn, cricket ground, football ground , swimming court and many more. Also each hostel has their won games room available with plenty of exciting games including

Mess food:I do not appreciate mess food om my hostal as i beleive that they lack in quality which should be served. Moreover there is not much variety available which again adds a negative impact
Library:I do not like library of my collage as no doubt its too big and too many books available as well as well equipped with AC giving plenty of comfort to students who wants to study but it closes at 12:00 in night which i disliked

For getting admission in b-tech we have to qualify Jee Advance , the toughest engineering enterance examination in India. Cutoff for each course varies. For electronicsc ans communication, for general category one should have rank<1400, for OBC rank<=3200 for SC, ST rank<12000.Moreover our course have high reputation across the globe and many good foreign universities give admission for Phd based on our course
