Faculty:
Faculties here are very experienced and well educated, almost all have done their PhD from foreign They are quite humble and they keep suggesting students what to do , faculty is made warden as well to look after students.
Likes
- Campus is really beautiful and lush green. It feels like heaven in sprint when you saw lots of flowers around you.
- Campus life is socially very active. There is a good club culture of different fields. Student can join any club according to their interest
Dislikes
- Someone can easily be distracted from his/her goals. You have to be focused and have to ignore and have to stay away from such things.
- Some courses are very old and they keep teaching it by conventional methods.
Faculty:
Faculty is highly qualified. Almost all of them are IIT or any other foreign university graduates. Faculty to student ratio is different for all branches as some have 40 students in a batch and some even have 150 students. Faculty's teaching style also varies. Some of them are very interactive and few of them don't care if someone is understand something or not. At last students have to do by on their own from other sources.

Faculties are great , They are teachers with great skills and exp , They are up to date with their studies and teaching is in depth For negative points there is no such negative points everything is pretty much great

- Academic Pressure is not so much as compared to other IIT’s so the student will learn many things apart from academic
- There are so many fests and events and all of them are organised by students so the students will surely learn many things from managing that events
Dislikes
- The main thing a student see in an IIT is placement so the Placement cell needs to be improved means more placement opportunities will be needed
- The worst thing in IIT is Mess food🤮 There is no taste in Sabji and there is lot of Aata in Roti
Faculty:
The faculty to student ratio in our branch is very low like there are 175 students and there is one faculty for one subject but there are almost 50 teachers overall in our branch. And also there are separate sub batch of 20-20 students like there are 8 sub batches in our branch in which the teaching assistant of Professors teach so overall learning experience is great. The faculties are well trained, Professional and educated from well known universities but they teach not so good but ya of moderate level. Also some teachers are very good in our branch they teach so good, they clear everything like Vinay Pant Sir, Pramod Agrawal Sir, etc. We can interact with good teachers or the teachers which are having polite behaviour easily and frequently but some of the teachers having very rude behaviour so interacting with them is the worst thing.

- The political influence in the hostel elections
- The pressure of academics and the maintenance of cgpa
Faculty:
The teaching staff of our institution are highly qualified and well trained, they are interactive with students, we have zero hour session for doubt clarification and class revision of the respective course subject.

- So much exposure to everything at college even other than studies
- Good tech savvy environment and passion for coding

- Far from big cities like new delhi,bangalore,mumbai
- Not much IT Companies present in roorkee
Faculty:
Faculties are qualified on par with PG degrees mostly from foreign universities....and extremely good working experience in top notch companies,their intention to teach is more passion than a job just for salary

- My college gives freedom of living and allowance to roam or to participate in different social clubs which is good part. I also like aesthetics of college specially the IIT Roorkee Main building which represents every iitR student.
- My college also provides the great hostel facilities specially the concept of single room which enhanced my college experience. I also like how academics is managed without any burden semester course might be not that tough.
Dislikes
- Hostel checking is a bit problematic still warden is friendly.
- Everyone in campus is very serious about studies.
Faculty:
Prof to student ratio is about 1:6. Some are very cooperative but some of them create problems specially in grading. It is very easy to apporach prof simply email them to get there free timings. As for the final year projects it is very easy for me to meet prof.

There are many professor available to teach us .no shortage of professors and they are available for us most of the time. They are well qualified. And use there best to teach us We can interact with them easily to connect via online as well in office

- Academics-We have well structured syllabus for all courses available along with best of professors with best knowledge in their subjects.
- Sports:we have all kinds of sports available ranging from indoor to outdoor be it tennis lawn, cricket ground, football ground , swimming court and many more. Also each hostel has their won games room available with plenty of exciting games including
Dislikes
- Mess food:I do not appreciate mess food om my hostal as i beleive that they lack in quality which should be served. Moreover there is not much variety available which again adds a negative impact
- Library:I do not like library of my collage as no doubt its too big and too many books available as well as well equipped with AC giving plenty of comfort to students who wants to study but it closes at 12:00 in night which i disliked
Faculty:
Faculty available in my campus are best i can say. They have deep knowledge in their subjects and they teach us with full interest and enthusiasm (exceptions are their). Most of them have done their post docterate from abroad and done extensive research in their domain and published many research papers. However one thing of concern is that faculty to student ratio is 1/80 which is not good. However we can approach faculty anytime in their office duing working hours for any kind of of subject releated doubt. Some of them and too good and have given their phone numbers to students so that we could reach them In any extreme situations.

There are lots a facility. Facility to student ratio .every prof is strict and also friendly with you. Their teaching is also top notch level.teacher student interaction is also very good.we are enjoying here
