The first year for any branch is pretty identical. You just learn about the basics of engineering. It's only in the later semesters when the courses become branch specific. You will have two CTs and a final end semester exam.

The things influenced me to join this course are first of all the college is among the TOP 10 engineering colleges in india, the overall course reviews were also very positive. And the the main aspect of joining the average package after studying is very much comparing to some IITs also. The curriculum is also very strict, it teaches how to manage your own time while learning the extra skills, managing the hostel life, etc. Also, some of the fellow students are smarter than you, so you will get to learn from them and growth is surity. Also, the cycle tests happens in start of 2nd and 3rd month and the last month is the end semester exams. So, there is enough time to prepare for it. So, there would

I choose ece because we can have so many alternatives.if we choose cse there is only one option software job.The class timings and exam timings are well scheduled. No need to improve in method of teaching techniques.

The curriculum is very versatile and one can choose their own courses and timelines. Electronics and Communication Department provides a very vast leading experience to its students and the laboratories.

Core curriculum is outdated. We are still learning about architecture of 8086 and 8051,whereas technology has gone way beyond .Industry skills don't match curriculum considering ECE.However there are many minor courses, open electives and nptel courses which you can study to stay updated.

The course curriculum for ECE is structured well enough - it is well balanced with both analog and digital aspects of electronics and communication. It does get very difficult at times, most courses will have 3 assessments (including final assessment) and 1 assignment. A good hold on mathematics is required for some courses. For a lot of the courses you'll have an accompanying lab course to actually put your theory to test using practical lab equipment. Overall, it's well structured but a bit difficult.

National Institute Ranking is Nine. That was a major contributor to joining this college. College is well reputed and has had good and excellent placements in the past. My current course is also a good package course.

Well most people would say that enginnering colleges nowadays are teaching very old tech which isn't prevalent in the real world, but it's important to start learning mew topics from the basics. However there are new tech related courses available to us in the form of electives which are very interesting to learn
