- The mess food isn't great, but it's better than in most places.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The first year for any branch is pretty identical. You just learn about the basics of engineering. It's only in the later semesters when the courses become branch specific. You will have two CTs and a final end semester exam.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As far as I know, there is no such fee hike. The college does allow students belonging to the EWS category to avail scholarships for the course. The tuition fee comes to around 8 lakhs, excluding hostel fees.
Campus Life :
We have several fests here. AAVEG is the inter-hostel fest, Pragyan is the college's tech fest, NITTFEST is for the freshers and we also have Festember. The library has around 90% of the books you'll need. There are clubs for nearly everything.
Admission :
The admission process involved passing a certain cutoff. The cutoff varies for different departments. You cam=n check each years cutoffs on the official websites. After that there a couple of forms that need to be filled.
Faculty :
We have a faculty for each subjects, more than one for certain subjects. There are around 70 students in a class, which fors a pretty good ratio if you ask me. The faculty are highy knowledgable and easily approachable.
