- The labs stole my heart i was always amazed of the phyics lab and chem lab and after ding some experiments i was very happy
- Infrastructure is best as we have organised campus with food eateries and canteens .
Dislikes
- Getting no leaves for preparation between exams is the worst thing happening here
- The teaching is very bad by some of the research oriented professors.

Placement Experience:
About the placement og M.Tech in CSDP , It is very good , 90% students placed through Campus Placement with Avg CTC- 17 LPA. Rest are placed throgh off-Campus. You Can go for SDE, Data Science, Analyst, Assistant Professor types of role.

Placement Experience:
As it is the oldest IIt of our country so the placement is very good in my college, you can get a very good package here highesy package in my branch was 50 lac last year and average was 15 lac whidh is very good.

- I like security facilities and other services like supportive nature offaculty

- I am from West side of India so, I am not comfortable in this weather mostly in summer.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Because I have done my b.tech in Agricultural Field.There is 5 faculties for 22 Students. Two Exams in each semester like mid term exam and semester end exam. All Faculties having minimum graduation like post doctoral.

- The campus greenery I loved it the most.
- The behaviour of faculty members are too good and friendly.
Dislikes
- Hostel water problem sometimes it happens.
- Mess food qualities some time they make rubbish.
Placement Experience:
At the end of 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. 1000 of company visit campus every year in January and December month. Placement takes place in two form one in December and other in January. Like IBM, puma, ICC bank, Deloitte, ABG, Lenovo, etc. highest package is about 2.68 crore per annum, average 15lpa According to different profiles. Students should have more than 8.5 cgpa for good placements. I will join a good company after completing the degree.

- Faculties are always available to help and guide the students in both academic as well as mental areas.

- Syllabus is a bit extra handle withing the given semester time.
Placement Experience:
MTech students are eligible for placements from the second year onwards and students can apply for internships after 2nd semester. Some of the companies visiting the campus include Google, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Goldman Sachs to name a few.

- Infrastructure of the classrooms, labs, departments are really good.

- Some of the hostels are really old & need to be renovated.
- In some hostels food quality is not that good & hygienic.

From placement point of view IIT-KGP is one of the best. If the students prepare accordingly to the placements, mostly they get a job with very good package. Many students go for higher studies like PhD after completing the degree here.

- I like the big campus which include gymnasium the basketball court the sports complex the big Nalanda complex
- I like the friendly environment in the college like everyone behaves all our friends there 18000 student in the campus

- I don't like the hectic schedule of the classes as you don't get enough time for a self study
- We hate the classes after the lunch cause within a one hour break we need to go from classes to hostel that eat bath then again come to the classes within time

Since I am in my Mtech so from 2nd year that is the third semester during our project we can start applying in career development centre for our campus placements the various companies visit out campus every year with my offer and average package of 10 lpa to maybe 1 crore so basically the average pack is lies around 8 LP and highest package this year I can say it was one crore for year or for Anamika se percentage of student getting place on the type of batch so in an average 70% students are placed restor going in PSU after the degree I plan to go for a Consulting company if I get it from a college I'll try but I'll try in of Campus also

In mtech , students can sit for placement from 3rd sem onward and for Btech students if they are in final year they are eligible . This year for session 2022-2023 , 1600 plus offer within 12 days of placement and 900 plus internship offers came (info from CDC IIT KGP). AS far as my own course IIE electrical dept. cocern highest package is 49 LPA offered by qualcomm . apart from that intel , IBM , Texas instruments and many more company visited . Due to the layoffs and recession they offer less seat this year but overall it was good
Placement Experience:
In terms of placement, the college is one of the most popular. The highest salary offer at the college was 1 CPA, while the average income offer was roughly 20 LPA. The college has a very good track record of 100% placement. The members of the college placement committee are very knowledgeable, and they assist us in every way possible during the college placement rounds. The return on investment in education is excellent.
