The maximum CTC was INR 43.37 LPA at IIT Kharagpur M.Tech Placements 2023, with an average CTC of INR 22.13 LPA and a median CTC of INR 21.04 LPA. Candidates applying for the IIT Kharagpur MTech program must appear for the GATE examination followed by COAP counseling. Candidates acquiring the set cutoff scores will be eligible to participate in the counseling session. Once the candidate gets into IIT Kharagpur through counseling, the institute then conducts interview rounds for the final selections.
