Course curriculum is quite relevant. I have a keen interest in robotics which aligned with electronics course , that's why I opted for this course. Most of the curriculum is oriented towards theory aspects but it also prepare us for real world application. More practical based learning can improve the curriculum.Practical based exam frequency should be improved and theory based exam frequency should be reduced.

The curriculum of the college is normal not too good and not too bad type. Sometimes the subjects might feel hectic otherwise it would be good. The real world applications are very important, the better we learn, we can apply them in real life more easily. The timing interval between exams is not there.A continuous week examination will take place one exam everyday

I personally wanted to opt for this stream as the electronic gadgets excites me. The curriculum is good for knowledge but for industrial purpose it is not enough to hav that old technology knowledge so you have to keep an eye on the latest technologies and paralarly you have to skill up for the placement and all The frequency of exams is 2-3 times a semester and difficulty level is moderate to tough.

The course curriculum is comprehensive, and the syllabus is in accordance to competitive exams like GATE. Moreover, some of the subjects and labworks help in holistic development of the student in that discipline.

Course curriculum is oka-ish but could have been better. Introduction of additional subject including CV making and career development insights should be introduced. Exam timings are fine but gaps between consecutive exams should be increased to reduce academic burden and overload.

I am currently inthe 4th semester of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The professors consistently encourage the students to go forwars in the semiconductor field, and the courses are designed according to the latest industry trends. Each year has two semesters and each semester has a mid sem and an end sem examination. In addition to it, there is CA. This three sums up to the net 100marks.

Electronics engineering is one of the top branch in NIT Durgapur. I always have passion for electrical and electronics equipment, apart from flexible curriculum paving way to enhance other domains. NIT Durgapur has well equipped laboratory and specialised separate building for ECE department. In first year itself, one can understand the variation of curriculum of each department, were ECE is a good start. Teaching Methods are flexible for teachers, for which they can opt for hybrid(classic blackboard and digital classroom), but some teachers don't use that.

Our university boasts a top-notch academic program, earning an impressive 9 out of 10 rating. Crafted by esteemed faculty, the curriculum integrates advanced technological components to enrich students' learning experiences. With semesters held twice a year and just one midterm evaluation per term, keeping up with studies and attending classes regularly ensures midterms are easily manageable.

Our college's curriculum is excellent, and I'd rate it a solid 9 out of 10. It's developed by experts within our institution and includes additional tech-related activities to enhance our learning experience. With two semesters annually, each semester features a mid-term exam. Staying on top of lectures and daily assignments makes tackling these exams quite manageable. We receive the timetable well in advance, and exams are scheduled either in the morning or afternoon. Each exam lasts for 3 hours.
IIIT Allahabad is unquestionably superior to NIT Durgapur. But this isn't to say that NIT Durgapur isn't good.
Here’s a brief comparison of the ECE branch at these two institutes.

So, for ECE, IIIT Allahabad is definitely the better option.
Before deciding on any institute you should analyze it based on different parameters. Check if the college provides good facilities like hostels equipped with a good and stable internet connection, good food, satisfactory infrastructure, and the most important, a good campus placement drive. This does not make NIT Durgapur bad. Even NIT Durgapur provides good placements as well as opportunities for higher studies as well.
Both the colleges have a similar kind of course curriculum and nobody can force you to study.
It is not fair to compare the two universities because both of them are unique in themselves and have their charm. So, choose according to your convenience.
