We get campus placements in 7th semester and internships in 5th semester and we get companies like google ,microsoft, Qualcomm,jpmc,..etc. and also some quant companies like graviton ,quantbox etc. In cse almost 90% students get placed.

The placements are good in IIT ROORKEE as it is the top 5 engineering colleges in India From 4 th semester ending you will get internship Companies like Amazon Flipkart Google Microsoft and all other popular companies. Highest package will be aroud 1.5 crore per annum And the percentage of placements will be around 90 to 95 based on branch My plans is to get good job and work in it

The college placement quality is the best of all other colleges because the institution is the one of best engineering colleges in India, the university placement is also uploaded on the website. The college has a track record of 90% selection and the remaining 10% are those who leave the placement sessions to do something else or open their own start-ups or masters. The college's highest placement offer is 1.5Cr per annum and the average package placement is 18.5 lacs per annum Among the top college recruiters are Adobe, Paypal, Google, Microsoft etc. I am also planning for cracking the campus placements

As companies offer on campus placement with a very good average package of about 10 lakhs to almost 90% students.

Because the institution is the best engineering college in India, the university placement is up to far. The highest package offered in this college was Rs 1.67 crore per annum in the CSE branch. Among the top college, recruiters are google, amazon, microsite, Qualcomm, de show, etc. My plan after getting into this college is to serve as a software engineer in the big companies mentioned above.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My childhood dream was to work as an Engineer at Google which is why I decided to choose Computer Science Engineering Course. The Course is of 4 years / 8 Semesters. The teachers and students Ratio here is 1:50. and the teachers teaching here are highly qualified almost every teacher is a PhD holder in one or more Subjects of study The exams are conducted twice a year and the difficulty is moderate.
Placement Experience:
IIT Roorkee is known for its excellent placement records and alumni careers. Not only the campus placements, the Pre-placement offers made to the students during their tenure of internship was drastic and remarkable. The highest package offered was 69.5 lakhs per annum while the average package was 20 Lakhs per annum. 265 companies booked the slot to conduct the campus interview. These companies included Jaguar Land rover, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Intel technology, Micron technology, Oracle, Qualcomm India, Cohesity, Codenation, Amazon, Alphonso, etc. Around 650 students were placed in some of the major tech companies globally. 11 students even bagged the offer from abroad with a package of 1 crore per annum. These recruiting companies were Microsoft, Google, and JP Morgan.
