- Safety on the campus is awesome with almost no safety concern.
- Peer group: The peer group and set of students that surround you are the best among the country and the energy inside the campus is amazing.
Dislikes
- The gender ratio is quite bad, very few girl students for such a prestigious institute as IITB
- The hostel rooms for 2nd and 3rd year UG students are very bad.

Top Institute of Technology in India and the world - IIT Bombay is well known for its education and research in the field of aerospace engineering and specialization in control systems and aircraft guidance avionics control systems with collaboration with ISRO, DRDO, and Russian Aerospace institutions.

Admission happens through the gate exam merit list. the gate is an exam conducted by old IITs each year. where around 8 lac students appear for the exam out of which only 16% could clear the exam. in that most, top ranks get admission in IIT through the gate. top 1% of all people who give exams mostly get admitted in the IIT Bombay.

There are many positive sides of IIT BOMBAY which were described in the above questions. I talk about the negative, then there needs to establish more hostel to cater to all students, provide enough eateries in the institute and bring back Tum-Tum.

The college has all those facilities a student wants. Now it's a student's responsibility to take help from this facility. Sometimes some say course work is very hectic, but in my personal opinion that should be as we are in India's best college, people have hope from us. We are the ones who is one who can change the system for the better and the best society.

This is my life's greatest achievement to be in such a highly reputed college. also here we are allowed to study any course of any department yeah you heard it right so if you are a mechanical engineering student and wish to take classes in computer science then yes you are allowed.

All students get 100% placement in every field when you enter IIT Bombay. The major companies like Google, Microsoft, and etc.
Entrance Preview:
Graduate aptitude test in engineering appeared in 2008 and got all India rank 93 which helped me secure admission in design engineering at IIT Bombay and there was no interview for admission

Overall the college is the best one for Research, placements and personal life also. I can give an overall rating of 9 out of 10 in all categories
