IIT bhu electronics department has very high placement rates that influenced me to choose this course. The curriculum prepares you well for real world applications. The lab equipments are older this can be improved. Exams are based on what teachers taught you.

Curriculum here has its own pros and cons. If you want to pursue your career in the core branches then the curriculum here is very helpful. Still the course structure are not up to the industry level. A student has to make his own efforts to be industry ready. For those who want pursue their career in non core fields such as management, software developmer or any other corporate job then the whole curriculum feels of no use. This happens with almost all the colleges of India. The academics here are much easier and there's a moderate level of academic pressure. I personally feel that the frequency and timing of the exam is right as it is going for now. We are supposed to write two main exams in a semester. One midsemester exams and a endsemester exams. A lot of other things add up to this. Overall I feel curriculum can be improved a lot to make the students industry ready even when it comes to the core placements.

Electronics deals with semiconductors and diodes etc .That is very precise in the growing world of semiconductor. This let me choose this course. The curriculum prepare me well for facing real world problems. The teaching methods are usually old fashioned and this needs to be improved. The courses need to be updated . Freqeuncy of timing of exams are 2 months

There is 13 different branch in IIT BHU. You can opt masters also in any branch by having integrated mtech. As my branch is Electronics Engineering , i have to study more maths and physics and also some of the computer science branch. The course should consists of some spplication part also not only the theorey part. The gap between the midsemester and end semester is approx 3 month only and we had to give many of the assignment also.

IIT BHU has a very old alumni structure. As it is a conberted IIT but it was a prestigious IT clg before. Professors here are almost slightly aged. I believe most of the professors have verygood knowledge on their subject but sometimes the teaching techniques are boring which makes it difficult to focus in the class. In every 4-4.5 months there is a semester. Phd aur.Mtech students check our copies and quizzes . Diff TA checks copy differently and sometimes not properly which makes it difficult to be fair.

Electronics engineering itself is a great branch over other branches, considering it as a circuital branch, there are more opportunities for us and also the average package of electronics branch is higher compared to other branches.

I love maths and physics a lot , that's why I chose engineering. I guess Engineering college can never prepare you for the real world problems. You need to do extra activities to learn it. There must be some courses, which must be added , which are necessary for every student to know like finance, ML etc irrespective of their branches. In one sem there are two levels of exam which is kind of good.

The curriculum of the the college is same as that of other government institutions. The first year curriculum is same for every students as there is an option of branch change after the first semester and the top performers of the college got opportunity of changing the branch. I choose electronics engineerong of iit bhu because first of all it is a circuital branch and secondly it is quits interesting. The course curriculum is quite good and we have also given the real world aspects of the branch by doing exploratory project which we have to do under a proffessor. In this branch we have digital electronics, communication, analog electronics and many more the labs are also quite good with a wide range of expensive equipments in labs which make our study more interesting. The exams are held every semester one is mid semester exam and another one is end semester exam and other class tests are also happemed sometimes. The difficulty of exams is moderate.
