IIT Gandhinagar M.Tech Admission through GATE 2024: Selection Procedure

The selection procedure includes shortlisting students on the basis of the GATE Score.
Then it is followed by a written test or an interview.
The name of the candidates that are short-listed on the basis of the written test will be announced on the same day.
Only those students who have scored minimum cut-off marks in the written examination are eligible to apply for an interview.
Interviews will be conducted on the same day after the declaration of the result of the written test that may extend up to the next day.

IIT Gandhinagar will provide a monthly scholarship of INR 12400 to eligible candidates pursuing a full-time M.Tech program from the institute. However, candidates admitted to part-time courses will not be entitled to any financial support or scholarships. To promote the international presentation of research done by the students, IIT Gandhinagar provides a travel scholarship of up to INR 60000 to such students.
