Likes
- The labs stole my heart i was always amazed of the phyics lab and chem lab and after ding some experiments i was very happy
- Infrastructure is best as we have organised campus with food eateries and canteens .
Dislikes
- Getting no leaves for preparation between exams is the worst thing happening here
- The teaching is very bad by some of the research oriented professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Agricultural and Food Engineering course include courses such as Soil Technology, Groundwater Hydrology, Post Harvest Engineering etc. But many student don't choose this stream as there career either they go for SDE or MBA. But in government sector this branch has vast opportunity like in FSSAI, FCI, UPSC etc. Labs are very good and innovative which gives opportunity to each student to learn new technology like driving tractor to operate Drone. Exam are mid sem exam and end sem exam. 1 semester is of 6 months and each semester has two mid sem exam and end sem exam also except these there are various class tests and quizzes.

- sports and cultural events and competitions
- societies and cells help you to learn skills irrespective of your department
Dislikes
- Frequent exams and class test makes it harder for students to take in extracurricular activites and learn different skills.
- Due to reservation , some underserved students entered this college which are not serious and foused on their career. This is not true for all guys who came up with reservation.
Placement Experience:
--students become eligible for placements after 7th semester. -- various companies visit our college including software companies , core job related companies, finance job companies ex . google , microsoft , vipro, amazon, flipkart, nestle . some companies are open to all i.e student of any department can give their selection rounds. -- The highest package as of 2023 stands at 2.68 cr per annum ( international )and average package ranges from 18 to 23 lpa. -- the percentage of students getting placed is around 70 percent. --Talking about me , I wanted to be a software developer , so i want to work in IT industries.

- the campus life is peaceful and as the campus is large enough so there are so many places to hangout and I liked the fest and societies the most
Dislikes
- I didn't like some of the courses which doesn't have use in current situation specially biology is like no use for engineers
Placement Experience:
in the final year of there course students are eligible for there placements mckinsey and cop. gave 3-4 offers google provides vaerage package of 30-40 lpa 70-80% i am planning to get mba degree from iim or foreign university

- I liked the environment of study with brilliants mind together.
- I like library facility where all types of books are available easily.
Dislikes
- some professor not teach well and also attendence are mandatory.
Placement Experience:
After 6th semester for B.Tech and 8th semester for Dual degree ,students become eligible for campus placement. Compaines like Google,Apple,Microsoft,IBM,Aditya Birla,etc.About 1600 offers IIT KGP got in 2023. Highest package is 2.68 crore per year and average is 22.13LPA. Placement percentage is about 90%. I want to do job after getting degree.
Likes
- Campus Life is good. It's a lush green beautiful campus of 2100 acres.
- Societies and clubs are really good. One can work on his/her passion and learn many new things.
Dislikes
- Faculties are good but not that much as I expected.
- Prices are really high inside campus. There must be some benefits for college students.
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students can sit in placements. Before that students can do internships. Many well known companies visit including Samsung, Qualcomm etc. offer good packages. Highest package was around 2 crores and average package is around 20 lakhs per annum. More than 70% students get placed. I have not planned what to do after graduation. For now I am exploring all fields.
