The faculty at the college is a blend of highly qualified and experienced professors, many of whom hold PhDs from reputed institutions like IITs and NITs. With a student-to-faculty ratio of approximately 1:15, the college ensures a decent level of interaction between students and faculty members. The faculty is known for their dedication, with some having over 20 years of teaching experience, and they actively participate in research and development.

There is a strong focus on practical learning, with many professors having relevant industry experience and publishing papers in national and international journals. However, there is a noted shortage of faculty in certain courses, leading to the hiring of contractual faculty who may lack experience. The faculty's teaching methods are generally effective, though some professors have an accent that might pose comprehension challenges for students. Despite these challenges, the faculty is supportive and approachable, offering additional seminars and tutorial classes to help students who are lagging.

The college conducts three exams per semester, with the mid-semester tests and end-semester exams contributing to the final grades. Overall, the faculty is considered to be above average, with some outstanding professors who significantly enhance the learning experience.
