CUET PG Cut off 2024 for DU, BHU, JNU, Category and Course-wise CUET PG Cut off Lists

CUET PG Cut off 2024 is the minimum marks required for admission to M.Sc/ M.Tech/ MBA/ M.A/ M.Com courses in 39 central universities, 39 state universities, 15 government institutions and 97 private & deemed universities in India. With the revision in the maximum total marks to 300 (4 papers of 75 marks each) this year, CUET PG cut off for DU is expected to be between 200-250 depending on the course and college. Similarly, CUET PG Cut off for JNU for M.A in foreign languages is expected to be around 250-280 depending on the course and category.

CUET PG Cut off 2024 for General category will be higher than OBC/ SC/ ST candidates. Based on an overall analysis, the cut off marks for the same course in a university will be around 195-200 for ST, 200-215 for SC, 220-230 for OBC and above 240 for Gen/ EWS category. For example, for M.Sc Botany in BHU, you can expect a cut off around 210-215 for GEN category and 170-185 for OBC category.

Each university will release a separate category-wise CUET PG 2024 cut off list now that CUET PG 2024 result has been declared on April 13, 2024. The cut off lists can be expected by the last week of April or the first week of May 2024. CUET PG Passing Marks 2024

CUET PG passing marks are determined by each university course-wise. NTA has no role in releasing the qualifying marks for CUET PG. Depending on the course and university you are targeting based on your CUET PG scores, you can check the passing marks once the university releases the cut off lists. From an overall perspective, the category-wise expected range of CUET PG cut off passing marks for top courses and universities is provided here:

CUET PG Admission Process After Result

There is no centralized common admission process after CUET PG result declaration. Each participating university will carry out a separate CUET PG admission process starting two weeks after the result declaration. The universities will start the admission process with the release of the first CUET PG cut off lists and only those qualifying will be eligible for the admission.
