CUET PG Counselling 2024: DAVV has published the first merit list for CUET PG Counselling 2024. After the first merit list release, the admission authority released the schedule. The counselling at DAVV will take place from 19th June to 21st June.

  • All the reserved category candidates ranked 1 to 219 can participate in the counselling process for all Group-A courses at the Takshila Campus of DAVV on 19th June.
  • All General Category candidates ranked from 1 to 1600 can participate in CUET PG 2024 Counselling on 20th June.
  • UR Students with ranks between 1600 and 2153 will be called on 21st June.
  • This year BHU is conducting the counselling through Combined Seat Allotment Program (CAP) for admission to post graduate courses.

Apart from that, JNU has also released the JNU PG 2024 First Merit List on 12th June. Based on this merit List successful candidates will be called for counselling. DU closed the correction window for CSAS PG on 12th June. NTA does not play any role in CUET PG counselling. Typically, there will be three rounds of counselling for each institute. However, the number of rounds may vary based on the number of available seats.

The participating institutes will shortlist students based on the cut off released by them. You need to qualify the CUET PG cut off marks to make it to the merit list. The cut off for DU and BHU is expected to be around 220+ for MA English, LLM, MSc Zoology, MSc Botany, and MSc Physics. However, JNU CUET PG Cut off, is llikely to be slightly higher for courses like MA English, MSc Chemistry, MA Hindi, etc. The cut off for these courses at JNU may go up to 270+.

CUET PG 2024 Counselling Process for DU

DU admission through CUET PG 2024 session will be facilitated through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). The CSAS system consists of three phases of registration and is accessible through the DU CSAS 2024 portal at www.admission.uod.ac.in.

The DU CSAS Admission process comprises the following phases:

  • Phase I: In the first phase, you are required to register by submitting their application with a valid scorecard of CUET PG 2024. The CUET PG 2024 result is a mandatory requirement for admission to Delhi University's undergraduate courses.

  • Phase III: In the third phase, the university will release the list of allocated seats. Students must then accept or reject the seat allocated to them by Delhi University. CUET PG 2024 Counselling Process for AKTU

The CUET PG Counseling process for AKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University) 2024 includes the following steps:

  • Online Registration: Candidates need to do the CUET PG 2024 Registration for counseling online by providing their application number and password. The registration process usually begins in July or August 2024. During registration, candidates are required to pay a counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- through online modes such as credit card, debit card, or internet banking.
  • Document Verification: After fee payment, candidates must upload scanned copies of all the required documents and certificates. The university will verify these documents online. Each document should be in a maximum file size of 200 KB.
  • Online Choice Filling: Once the fee payment and transaction are updated at the NIC server of UPSEE, candidates can access the "Choice Filling & Locking" link on the login page. Candidates need to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses. It is recommended to fill in the maximum number of choices. Candidates must lock their filled choices within a specified period, as the system will automatically lock the choices if not done within the given time.
  • Seat Allotment: Candidates can check their seat allotment results by entering their application number and password. They can also download the seat allotment letter for admission. Seat allotment is based on UPSEE merit, availability of seats, and the order of preference given by the candidates. Once the seat is allotted, no further changes in the branch or institution will be allowed.
  • Reporting: After the seat allotment result is declared, candidates must report to the allotted college within the given time period. Failure to report within the specified time will result in automatic cancellation of the seat, which will then be offered to the next candidate.

AKTU/UPTU Admission Procedure 2024

After the counseling process is completed, candidates who have been allotted a seat must report to the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter.

Candidates need to bring the remaining amount of admission fee and all relevant documents in their original form, along with one set of self-attested photocopies. Paying the remaining admission fee is mandatory to confirm their seat and admission. Failure to pay the remaining fee may result in the seat being allotted to another candidate.

The fee submitted by candidates during counseling, without any deduction, will be adjusted against the institution fee for those who are allotted a seat and take admission in the allotted institution.
