Our core courses have been given priority, knowing our fields of departments. At the same time we have been provided with advanced Artificial intelligence course. Similarly we have been provided with courses of moral ethics course to keep us all in humble behavior with our environment and common folks. Over-all I can say it's best thing to make us match the advance and needed capacity of the country's capability needed.

It covers a wide range of subjecs ensuring a whole education. Practical components likelab work, projects, etc. helpus us in reducing the gap between the theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The only thing i don't like is the frequency and timing of exams.

The course curriculum is very up-to-date with the industry standards. being an IIT almost everything here is targeted to make you industry ready and ensure you get a placement. The curriculum focuses egually on real-world applications and further acadmeic pursuits. In terms of possible improvements, adding more computer development based courses will be very helpfull for students. There are 3 exams per semester, namely Minor 1, Minor 2 and Major examination with major being the most difficult. There are also various quizzes and class test throughout the semester.

I chose the course to graduate as a computer science engineer from a reputed Institute as IIT's. Faculty to student ratio is about 1:40. Faculty are pursuers of several bachelor and master degrees in the respective courses. The teaching methods are very good reachable to maximum students. There is one major exam for a semester and two minors with equal gaps between them and there is continuous evaluation. So it is not so difficult to pass the course.

The term exams are as follows. There are two semesters in a year, the autumn semester followed by the spring semester. Now, in each semester there are 2 minor examinations and 1 major examination apart from the continuous evaluation. These are of moderate to high difficulty and are good at checking the learning progress of all the students.

I chose the CSE department because, in the present scenario, the future of the students can be seen more in this course as there is a rapid increase in the development we are seeing in technology. Coming to the faculty there is very good and well-recognized by all. There is a unique way of teaching in every faculty member and the support they provide to the students is ultimate.

The course curriculum of IIT jodhpur is really nice. There are subjects which are of real importance and come in handy even if you are fixed to a particular domain. These help much in interview process that happens for the internships and placements.
The faculty here are really knowledgeful and helpful. They give enough of their time to individual students and one can go to them whenever needed. The faculty-student ratio is also good. Per faculty teaches a number of students. 60 students at a time in a class.
I took CSE because it has the best placements. The faculty-to-student ratio is one of the best, but the faculty isn't qualified enough. Neither they are good at teaching, nor do they have an interest in doing so. We have 2 midterms so 1 mid sem after every 1.5 months and after that, one endsems after 1.5 too. The grading is very strict, unlike other colleges, grades are not given here sadly. The average grade would come out to be B-.
