- I like they way teacher teachers and explain subject

- There is nothing to dislike the college but i got one point the college union need to be polite
Faculty:
There are lots of Faculty Teacher are there but I personally like the accountant sir he teach so smoothly everyone can understand the subject and do the sums perfectly There are 6 semester and exam are take by calcutta university and they are though
Likes
- Teaching by the professors with real life examples
- Participation in extracurricular activities
Dislikes
- The curriculum was backdated and didn't consider the changing business environment
- Only few professors encouraged entrepreneurship
Faculty:
Overall the faculty was nice. Some of the professors were really good. I have always been a backbencher but during my Financial Management and strategic management classes, I used to sit in the first row.
Likes
- I personally liked the teaching staff most of them are friendly.
- I also liked the library because it is actually one of the biggest library a college can have.
Dislikes
- They don't give access to the campus for morning batch students however evening students have access
- Morning students mostly have classes with small breaks and evening students have particular breaks for lunch
Faculty:
The faculty to students ratio however is approachable to an extent. I like the minor subject teacher more because they make it easy for us to understand. The major subject teachers are stressed because there's too much syllabus and so less time. Exams which are taken in the college are very easy as they give us hints as to what will come and what not also the paper is pretty easy if you study enough.
Likes
- I liked the location of this college as it is at Hazra more.
- I liked the infrastructure of this college.
Dislikes
- I disliked the college politics as I am a apolitical person.
- There is no such security who can resist common person from entering college.
Faculty:
The faculty to student ratio is really too bad. Almost mathematics department has 60 students per semester but the number of faculty is only 5 to 6. It should be improved. But the faculties is really too knowledgable and helpful.
Likes
- Campus and library are the best and faculties are also good
- There is no compulsory 75% attendance as compare to other colleges in CU
Dislikes
- Evening session students and the aura in canteen
- There is no dress code for both boys and girls
Faculty:
•50-60 students are there in each section of each course •Meenakshi ma'am is the best faculty of this college. She teaches economics •jain sir of English subject is not good. His behavior towards students are not good •In every semster they conduct 1 internal exam and 1 internal test and 1 main exam of CU. 20% of students fail in internal exam. This exams and test are relevant to Course curriculum
Likes
- College administration and management is good enough. Although it is quite hectic sometimes with frequent exams and assignments.
- Campus is clean and spacious. Library service is also great.Washrooms are clean and maintained.
Dislikes
- People at arts and science office are often rude and refuse to help or just ignore students.
- Too much importance is given in attendence. It get's extremely difficult to maintain 75 percent above if you are a sick person.
Faculty:
Faculty to student ratio is around 1:4 and professors are approachable and helpful. Some of them use slides in digi board and ise projectors and board work is also done. Assignments are given and there are two exams mainly the cia and end-sem. Cia is quite easy and endsem exams can be stressful but manageable.
Likes
- The thing I like the most is the professionalism and the discipline of the college. There are number of fests going on all around the year . Brilliant facilities for sports as well.
- Canteen in the college is very affordable with a tremendous variety in the menu section. Generally fresh.
Dislikes
- Majority of the people are Bengali so if you’re an outsider you might have some trouble dwelling in.
- Sometimes too much of the strict rules may make life miserable for you.
Faculty:
In English, majority students are girls, out of the total 97 students, 90 are girls and the rest are boys. So you might dislike it or you might absolutely love it. The faculty does their job in all seriousness and professionalism. They are open to criticism and look out well for their students both during the lectures and post lectures .
Likes
- The teachers are very helpful and polite . A regular student is always pampered by the teachers.
- The hospitality, the approach and helpful nature of seniors
Dislikes
- The washrooms..are too dirty and shallow
- Some staffs are too rude when asked something
Faculty:
The college faculty is good but sometimes the approach to the students by the faculties not good but the union of our college is very helpful and caring for the juniors and also the other students. The seniors are very helpful and approachable towards the juniors they help us in a every possible way and give us the reality check rather than letting a stay in our fantasys about college life In my college there are many courses like BSc honours BSc general. I am and BSc honour student from anthology department and my course duration is of 4 years in this fan of 4 years I willbe having 8 semesters and with 7 papers in total
Likes
- College fest are very good and enjoyed alot
- Seniors are very helpful and cooperative
Dislikes
- Many Things takes alot of time to complete
- There are no such of library access to everyone
Faculty:
There are 15 faculty approx at that time for the mentioned course and there are not as such favour faculty and no such faculty whom I don't like. Every faculty puts good effort to reach us everything.
Likes
- The teachers are very friendly. They taught there with very care
- Seniors and the management is also very helpful
Dislikes
- Washrooms should be more hygienic. And also need regular cleaning
- Some teachers behaviour is also not good
Faculty:
City college is under Calcutta university amd trust me its not easy to clear Calcutta university exams. They are very hard. Faculties are easily approachable. You will get support . There are 2 semisters in each year. For each you will get 6months to prepare.
