- Infrastructure is good, well maintained.
- We get to explore different fields and then choose the one we like.
Dislikes
- Not having a choice for choosing our favorite subjects early.
- Strict rule of keeping a 75% attendance.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell is in charge of it. It varies every year depending on the openings, recession, job vacancies. And all the three sections, as in Film Studies, Design, and Animation have different number of companies coming for campussing.
Likes
- Teachers and staff are very polite and friendly
- Made great friends and made too much memories with exclusive classes
Dislikes
- College staffs and proffers and especially classes
Placement Experience:
After 5 th sem Highest package was about 45lakhs And companies like pvt ones Tata and birla It's depends on skills if any company hiring you you gotta have that skill soo if you are practicing and developing you skills then you gonna make up much higher
Likes
- Our college emphasizes on all kinds of co curriculum activities
- It has a great track record in the field of sports and athletics
Dislikes
- Low attendance compulsion for the students
- All classrooms have air conditioning facility
Internships Opportunities:
There are various companies such as muskurahat foundation ,lenakart,boat and more that offer various posts for internships in their company.the workspace is kept idle for the mental health of the students and their learning experiences.
Likes
- It's the only college under Calcutta University that has a large playground
- The college students' union under Trinamool Chatra Parishad is amazing
Dislikes
- Some of the professors are not at all good. They let their ego take the centre stage
- Most of the benches and desks haven't been upgraded in a really long time.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from semester 6. Companies like IPAC provide placements and I plan to prepare for UPSC and other government exams after getting the degree. Not many students get campus placements

- Crowd is good the students interaction is good
- The college has a good image and goodwill in the area and locality
Dislikes
- The college is very far from my home it should be near
- The college not have a good placement record according to past years
Internships Opportunities:
The internship starts by the end of year course in the final uear the college try to ensure your placement in a good and well company . Many well known companies comes to the collage every year to check the students ability
Likes
- The college environment is friendly and helpful
- They provide course based on humanities subject
Dislikes
- The official people are a better bitter natured
- The outside environment is a bit filthy need maintenance.
Internships Opportunities:
There are many companies which comes for internships to pursue students for their work. They provide work for individual students like data collection and trains them with introduction new skills. Most internships are stripened free and are not paid intership .
Likes
- Teachers organise revision before every exam and doubt sessions in the library for any problems faced by the student.
- Frequent seminars and workshops on relevant topics that students would find helpful for their own career goals.
Dislikes
- Minimal activities in clubs and societies.
- Partiality among some students and ex students.
Placement Experience:
Placement opportunities are really good, companies like kpmg, deloitte and E&Y are regular visitors of the placement hall and have good packages but they have limited job roles, the most being the tax consultant. Although not all the students get to sit in the placement due to 2 reasons. 1. They might pursue CA and CS or CMA. And it might be that their articleship will be going on at that time. 2. They might have back papers. This sounds a bit odd, but having back papers in Calcutta University is a common site. Believe it or not B.Com in Calcutta University is much tougher than other universities.
Likes
- The environment is very friendly and enjoyable
- All modes of transportation are available just outside the gate of college
Dislikes
- the campus size is very small and shabby
- the toilets are very dirty and lack of sanitary is observed
Internships Opportunities:
There are internship opportunities for students and they are alloted in the research department of institutions like Ramkrishna mission narendrapur. Projects on the topic of sophisticated instruments was alloted to the students.
Likes
- Great ambience, the classroom size is of 100 students
- Many extra curricular activities , lots of seminars every week , huge canteen and good food with supportive staff
Dislikes
- The washroom could be more cleaner and better, overall the hygiene is not so good
- The water taste could be much better, I don’t like the taste of water honestly
Internships Opportunities:
There were companies like - Bajaj , McDonald's, AUM capital, Chocolate company , TCS, Deloitte, PwC, Google, Reliance,and Some other financial related firms, And some other companies as well looking for students .
Likes
- It has a good brand image which helps after college life as well.
- It has good faculty and staff members who help a lot.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not as expected. It does not match with its name.
- Canteen food is sometimes tasteless and is unhealthy.
Internships Opportunities:
Some companies which offered internships are- Zomato Hyperpure - 15000 per month SalesUp - 10000 per month Aditya Birla Insurance Co. - 12000 per month Intel - 10000 per month Dell technologies - 14000 per month Mainly the project is based on finance and accounts and the main stipulated outcome is to cater the clients for business profit making.
