•I applied for st.xaviers autonomous college. But I didn't get admission because of their high cut off. I chose bhawanipur education society college over other colleges due to attendance criteria as in other colleges attendance are compulsory and in bhawanipur education society college attendance is not compulsory. •I got rejection from st.xaviers autonomous college because there admission cut off were high. My 12th percentage was 83.4% and the cut off st.xaviers autonomous college was 94% •There is direct entry in this college. No exams are conducted for admission

I applied to sxc ,ju and Scottish Church. I got selected in all of them. I chose sxc over Scottish Church as it's nirf rank is higher and I didn't choose ju because the environment is better in sxc and more volatile in ju. However factors such as political union, etc may not affect everyone.

As I said I was from pcm, I applied for 2-3 engineering colleges because I was determined I did not want to pursue engineering. I got into the merchant navy as well and that too in the best college of India but I had to back out due to family obligations and concerns . I chose English hons to go a little easy on myself for the next years but it didn't go as planned. I still have to study the same .

I had applied in many colleges and also got selected there but I chose city college for it's friendly atmosphere and supportive seniors. In order to eligible for pass course you need minimum 60percent for not put yourself in waiting list. If you score below this then there are chances that your name will be not in the first list. There are 2 or sometimes 3 lists are out for admission list. If you want to go with honours then you need 85 to 90 percent because seats are very limited
