The curriculum was broad and covered all aspects of finance. I believe that Teaching methods of teachers could be approved in the government colleges of kolkata by providing real life assignments. The frequency and timing of exams depended upon schedules formed by the University of Calcutta, under whom all government colleges are affiliated. Difficulty of exams range between easy to moderate. There might be one or two difficult questions in every paper of every subject to familiarise students with challenges.

In my point of view Calcutta University is the best college and fees structure is lower than any other University so I choose Calcutta University. Each and every faculty members are from PhD background and their teaching process is also good . Term exam happens 2 times a year in a 6 month gap and it is really very difficult to pass M.com from Calcutta University.

I want to continue my commerce field that's why I chose this course . Faculty is around 10-15 teachers and students are around 500 . Teachers are highly educated and experienced in their field. Exams are held in time and it's really tough to pass in the exams which is held in University of Calcutta itself.

I had a great interest in this field so I choose this course Teaching method is good. all kinds of technology are there to teach students in a good way they teach in detail each and every topic exam is average and not so difficult if students learn things well exams happen in every 6 months
Exams are semester based which is 2 semesters per year and a total of 6 semesters throughout 3 years for a bachelor's and 4 semesters over 2 years for a Master's. They follow the new CBCS syllabus introduced by the University of Calcutta in the year 2017 like all other colleges affiliated with the university. Though Internal exams are totally on the college authority and they prepare questions that help the students to warm up for the semester exams. Faculty members are motivating and take students' interests and welfare into consideration.
I have completed my graduation from Calcutta University and my stream was B. Com(H) in Accounting and Finance. So after completion I thought I need to learn more about this field, this line because from the very beginning I had lots of interest in Commerce specifically in Finance, later on, I came to know about the Masters of commerce program of Xaviers and after some research, I came to know about the placement cell and internship opportunities and the process of quality education that is provided from the college itself. So I decided to go for this and also parents and my best friend supported me very much, so for all these reasons, I opted for mcom In my class, there are 20 professors for approx 80 students so the student-teacher ratio is 4:1, which is quite good. The teaching pattern of the faculty members is very good and often real-life examples is been used. very practical and knowledge-based classes are held. After every 4 to 5 months, an exam is held and the standard is hard.
In 2020 - 2021 was covid 19 pandamic situation. In this time I heard about this college admission going on and this college also good name in Kolkata. So I am from b. Com(Hons) and also reservation category. I choose this course. In this college lots of teaching faculty /teachers in our course. They are good quality for teaching and support.
The course is M.com and the faculties are excellent, all of them have a minimum master's degree in Commerce ( some extending to doctorate too). The HOD is very friendly and the teachers are good with a well-decorated library and spacious rooms.
