It is feasible as we get a stipend so we can always manage to pay fees and enjoy also. Moreover, in the first semester you have to pay around 57000 rupees and at the end of the first semester you will get mess refund of around 15000 and the total amount of stipend would have been around 75000 so next sem onwards you can easily pay fees.
