Placement Experience:
In IITH my branch got a decent placent of median 24 lakhs and got a highest of 73lakhs sand some are getiing jobs by internships and ppa . Google ,Amazon, Intel, Zomato has visited for placements .

highest package for 2024 passout is 1.6 cr(ctc).where 67lakhs for 2023 passout batch.so many companies visit IIT hyderabad every year almost 300-400 companies visited this year.Almost 80-90% student get placed every year. due to recession there is down fall in placements this year.

- Common bathrooms are provided 8 people called as pod
- Professors are not student friendly and they are rude

Placement Experience:
From semester 5 students are eligible for internships and from semester 7 students are eligible for placements, our highest placement is 67lpa and again, average placement of our cosge is 30 lpa and 31lpa for electrical engineering and for computer science engineering students

Placement Experience:
The campus placement percentage is very good almost every graduate gets an offer letter. In 3rd we have the internships and in fourth year there will be placement selections. The highest package will vary from branch but overall highest package is 70lpa and lowest around 6 lpa.

- The overall curriculum and the faculty of electrical engineering department.
- The best thing about college life here are the fests they conduct here
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is very good but not yet totally completed.
- Food service should get somewhat better than the food serving now.
Placement Experience:
Camo placements are also good on this campus, they provide various types of placements here, there is a high percentage of students getting placed in a job in campus interviews and the average package is around 24 lpa, and the average packages with respect to different branches change accordingly.

- Huge campus with many amenities and pollution free environment.

- Some parts are still in construction which is not good.
- Few hostels are not good from interior since they are under construction.

Students become eligible for placements in 4th year. Campus placements occur in December. Many big companies like Google, Amazon, etc even commerce companies visited. The highest package paid is 85lpa. The average package is around 30 lpa.

- Sports facilities along with highly professional coaches.

- The mess food its repetative and boring. The extras price is high
- The hostel problems have troubled me a lot.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course out of my own interest although I was taking cse course which is the trend. I am very interested in circuits. Faculties are highly qualified and very friendly as well as supportive. We have exams in every segment. It's easy if u have followed the professor and studied.
Likes
- Academic Blocks are pretty good and well maintained
- Sports campuses are pretty big and contain many amenities
Dislikes
- Many buildings are under construction but it is not a problem to academics.
- Few hostels are not good as they are specifically for freshers.
Placement Experience:
Many companies come here( like Google, Amazon, semiconductor companies like Intel, AMD, snapdragon, etc. )for hiring, and generally hiring happens around December. Every year, around 95 percent of people get on-campus placements and few get off-campus placements also.

- Faculty is excellent and responsive. Academically a very good institution
- Hostel infrastructure and academic blocks constructed so far is state of the art.
Dislikes
- Many of the buildings are still under construction and are said to be completed by 2030
- Canteen and mess food are average and the food court is horrible.
Placement Experience:
Most of the students opt for core electrical jobs eventually and very few move out of this zone. Packages are upwards of 30 lpa on average and the highest package was around 60lpa overseas(Japan). A few of the students also go for MS, mtech or upsc after completing btech

Although every department of IIT Hyderabad offers top-notch education, it’s the EE department that steals the show. There are many unique aspects of this department that make it one of the most coveted branches of IIT Hyderabad.
- The fractal academic system is a unique feature of IIT Hyderabad that sets it apart from other IITs. You have no choice but to work hard and excel in all subjects. There aren’t mids and ends in every sem instead you have monthly quizzes to evaluate you regularly.
- There are many other strategies adopted to make the students work hard. For example, surprise quizzes in almost every subject are taken. These quizzes require the students to prepare before and after every class and also be regular to classes.
- The EE department helps convert theory to practice through a number of projects.
