Highest score in CUET UG 2025: Check Highest Score, Toppers List, and Result Statistics

The highest score in CUET UG 2025 has been released. Only 1 candidate has scored 100 percentile in her/his opted 4 out of 5 subjects. The details of other highest scores are: 

• A total of 17 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 3 subjects (out of their opted subjects)
• A total of 150 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 2 subjects (out of their opted subjects)
• A total of 2679 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 1 subject (out of their opted subjects) 

Last year, the highest score in CUET UG was 244 out of 300. Only one student scored the highest in CUET. Business studies saw the perfect scores, with 8,024 students scoring 200, followed by political science with 5,141 and history with 2,520.

The CUET UG final answer keys were released on July 1. A total of 27 questions across all subjects and sessions have been dropped from the CUET UG 2025 final answer key. All candidates who appeared for the exam:

• Will be given 5 marks irrespective of whether the question has been attempted or not.
• For those questions, where more than one option is found to be correct, candidates who have marked any of the correct options will be awarded five marks.

As per last year’s statistics, English has the highest number of applicants with 10,07,645 registered and 8,22,518 appeared. The second highest number of applicants is in Chemistry with 7,02,050 registered applicants and 5,61,719 appeared in CUET UG 2024.
