CUET Seats Intake 2024 includes over 3 lakh seats in 250 Universities (State+Central). Among these 250 universities, 45 are central universities.
- There are approximately 69,554 seats available at Delhi University for 78 Courses.
- For the B.Sc Programme, DU offers a maximum number of seats compared to other Streams. For B.Sc, there are 1,9,916 seats available across 64 participating colleges.
As per the NTA Report, 16.85 lakh students registered for CUET 2023 and around 14 lakhs took the test. This year, this registered number of candidates has increased by 4 lakh from the previous year. Furthermore, CUET Seat intake will follow the NTA-prescribed reservation criteria. It means the reservation criteria at CUET Seat intake are as follows: 10% for Gen-EWS, SC 25% and ST 7.5%.

Ans. CUET seats 2024 offered by participating universities are expected to be 3 lakh seats for CUET UG courses available in various colleges across India. Last year, nearly 45 central universities and 69 state and deemed universities to participate in CUET, making a total seat near to 3 lakh.

Ans. DU is offering 71,000 seats for over 78 CUET UG courses in its 68 colleges. DU offers seats for disciplines such as BA, BSc, BCom and other integrated courses through CUET exam.

Ans. BHU offers 765 seats for BA Arts (Hons) courses while seats for BCom Hons are 286. For BA (Hons) Social Science and Shastri Hons seats reserved are 573 and 375 respectively.

Ques. Is there any quota in CUET?
Ans. Yes, CUET seat reservation policy for GEN-EWS is 10% of the total seat. Whereas, for SC and ST seat quotas are 15% and 7.5% respectively. But for OBC (non-creamy layer) 25% of the total seats will be reserved and 5% of seats will be reserved for PwD candidates. However, CUET seat reservation policy may differ from college to college.
