The IIT JAM Registration process will start from 5th September 2025 and will continue till 11th October 2025. The IIT JAM Registration will be conducted online by the JOAPS Portal at the official website jam2026.iitb.ac.in.
- The candidates have to register online using their Name, Email ID, Mobile number and then set a password to complete the registration process and pay the application fee of Rs. 900 to 1800, depending upon the category and the exam selected.
- After the registration, candidates have to fill out the application form, upload scanned documents, pay the fees and select their preferred exam city.
- The Documents required to register in IIT JAM 2026 are a scanned photograph, signature, category certificate and PwD Certificate along with the final year marksheet.
The IIT Bombay will conduct the IIT JAM 2026. The IIT JAM 2026 Exam will be conducted on 15th February 2026 in 115 exam centres across India.
Around 21 IITs and 20 NITs & GFTIs will accept the IIT JAM 2026 Score for admission. To get a seat in the IITs, admission will be offered by CAP based on the AIRs and category-wise cutoffs released after the results.

The IIT JAM Registration Process will be conducted online by the JOAPS Official website at jam2026.iitb.ac.in. The Candidates will register using their details, filling the application form, uploading the documents and paying the application fees.

Ans. There is no limit on the number of times candidates can appear for the IIT JAM Exam, but the candidates have to submit the application form only once, even if they want to appear for 2 test papers.
