- Being a 3rd gen IIT since there are a few drawbacks there are also several opportunities in every way like you can personally consult any faculty for any help as per your interest.
- You can hold various positions of responsibility and explore various virtues of your life.
Dislikes
- Since its under construction we can't totally enjoy the IIT infrastructure.
- Dharwad is not the location I prefer for the IIT it could have been a lot better although there are a lot of tourists spots around so it neutralizes the effect.
Faculty:
As already mentioned the faculty are highly qualified and experienced some are from IIT's itself whereas there are several professors who are qualified from esteemed foreign universities. Since the student intake is quite less the availability is quite good which makes overall learning experience a lot better. You can interact learn and reach out any faculty at almost anytime and most of them are quite generous to help.
Likes
- Being a new college it is clean, infrastructure is brand new.
- There is good natural environment. That is forest area of around 60 acres
Dislikes
- Management is not good yet being a new college.
- There are no sports grounds in permanent campus yet.

Faculty members are really good. Most of them are highly qualified from some famous institutions like iits. There are quite helpful with good practical knowledge. Also faculty is to student ratio around 1:10. Teachers are available for us during office hours and we can meet anytime in the academic office

The faculty are the backbone of the college. The faculty members are of PhD level with good experience in research work.

The faculty of the college is of Ph.D. level. The guest faculty from IIT Bombay visit our campus for guest lectures which help us to learn a lot.

The faculty of the college are really very good. Most of the faculty of our colleges are from IIT Bombay so you can imagine the standard of the faculty. The college also does not compromise with faculty. The faculty of the college helps us to clear all our doubts and the faculty teaching methods are so good that most of the doubts are cleared in the ongoing class.

The faculty is excellent. The teachers are alumini from other IIT's like IIT Bombay, Delhi or Madras. It's a world class studying experience. There is so much to learn and you get a complete development.

All professors are excellent and supportive in nature in our college. All the teachers are also very helpful and also available 24x7 on the campus. Their teaching style is professional. Most of the professors are studied abroad. The entire course content and style of teaching are very helpful for any job preparation. The entire study is based on experimental, so it is very helpful.

- The faculty at IIIT Dharwad is good. All professors are PhDs and have good knowledge. They are always there to help the students.
- They would be ready to devote their time and personal attention if you need anytime.
- From the first year itself, the faculties promote the students to a greater height of knowledge and make them indulge in different courses of Machine Learning, Image Processing IoT etc.
- If you’re interested in research, approach them since most institutes have professors who do research as well (IIT Dharwad does).
