In a very short period of time the college us able to match the standards of IIT. Few of my batchmates received pre-placement offers during the college internship program. The college was able to provide the highest package of around 30 LPA and the average package was 11 LPA. Arista Network, Google, TCS Research, Mckinsey, Honeywell, Texas instruments and Larson and Toubro were the top recruiters. Almost more than 65+ companies participated in the college placement drive.

IIT Palakkad is a new member in IIT and the placement record of the college are similar to all IIT you won't feel disappointed at all. the placement cell is able to attract good companies for placement. The college is able to achieve a 100% placement record. Companies like Google, Arista Network, TCS Research, McKinsey, Honeywell, Texas Instruments, Microsoft take part in the requirement process. The highest package for our batch went up to 26 LPA and the average salary package was around 15 LPA.

This college first of all being new is under guidance of IIT Madras which is well known for its research and studies. Also it has Data science which being one of the best branch one-can choose today. Faculties are also expert in their domain and ready to help always. Course is well designed. All the required labs are there.As it is new IIT so construction is going on with good pace towards full fledge campus.Admission took place on the basis of GATE score.
