IIIT Kottayam B.Tech Admission 2024 is based on JEE Main scores. JoSAA has released the Round 2 Seat Allotment Result. Check IIIT Kottayam JEE Main Cutoff 2024 here. Further, the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result will be out on July 04 (5 PM) and the last date for fee payment of Round 3 is July 08.

About IIIT Kottayam
IIIT Kottayam is a public autonomous engineering institute established in 2015 by the Government of India under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. The Ministry of Education has also designated the institute as an Institute of National Importance. Nowadays, IIIT Kottayam provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees in the engineering field.
IIIT Kottayam offers a 4-year duration BTech CSE as its flagship program. Admission to this program is completely based on the JEE Mains score followed by the JoSAA and CSAB counselling.

The admission process was smooth. One has to qualify JEE main to be eligible for the college. I got 96 percentile. For the preparation i took coaching from FIITJEE. Most of the admission process is completed online including fee payment for the first semester.

- The campus is situated at a scenic location near Valavoor village in Kottayam, Kerala. The view is quite breathtaking, especially during the rainy season.The Summers,on the other hand,can be really harsh. Campus is clean and well maintained.
- Most of the professors are really helpful. Also seniors take lots of initiatives through various clubs(technical as well as cultural).The curriculum ensures that students are taught and prepared according to the current industrial requirements.
Dislikes
- The worst thing about the college is definitely the mess food. I have experienced hostel Life since 5th grade. But never ever I have seen such poor quality food. Vegetarians like me will surely suffer the most. Atleast some fruits should be given...
- The sports facilities are in absolute shambles. Most of the schools have better facilities than the college. Football and cricket share the same ground(rather just a open,plain and dusty area). Volleyball has a seperate court that gets flooded

Last year's cutoff marks are available on the josaa website. Candidates must register on the JOSAA official website using their JEE Main or JEE Advanced roll number and password. The cutoff for joining Indian Institute of Information technology was 97 percentile in jee mains or around 34000 rank, the admission process was really smooth and they proveded eith hostel room on the first day.

The admission is based on the ranks of jee exam 2023 eventhough there are reservations in admission procedure there is no such reservations in case of tution fee.The admission procedure was cool.many of us are not even aware of where these process are going on and all.so some senior students and other staffs were there and they guide us to reach there.

Ece students previous year cut off was 94 percentile in jee mains Computer science it is 95-96 percentile. College is very good in academic point of view. But a little off while considering extra curricular activities as sports and arts

Admission process was fairly simply. I have taken JEE exam but i have applied through DASA and the process was fairly simple. The cutoff i think for CSE was about 38000 but in DASA was around 5 lakh range. Reservations are there for students. The exams are JEE for admissions and depends on your study. Admissions could be improved if it was all online.

The admission to IIIT kottayam is via jee entrance examination a percentile of 95 and above is considered as safe for admission in this collage .reservation policies like state quota is not available here.a person who had completed his/her jee examination after 12 th can apply for admission in this collage.The admission process is really smooth i dont have any suggestions to improve it

the admission process for the college was through the josaa councelling which is based on jee rank card. As per my case i got in 3rd round of josaa councelling with 2 lakh 63k rank in jee mains with ST reservation.The admission process is very smooth with the online process with proper guidence through SBI collect. All the requried documents we should sumbit in the josaa website and we should also show in the institute. I got the admission very fast. I got the seat with the reservation , the government gave me the best opportunity . and i am thanking to our Indian government.

No, the institute does not offer direct financial assistance to the students. It has tie-ups with the institutes and agencies that offer financial aid. All students have to pay all fees.
The hostel facilities of the institute offer common rooms, 24 hours Wi-Fi, recreational centres, round-the-clock water & electricity, laundry and types of equipment. All basic amenities are offered.
