Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology, Palakkad was established in 2009 under Managed by Sreepathy Trust. Institute was intended to be a self-financing Engineering college with a distinct identity and a center of excellence different from the many Engineering colleges in Kerala.

As mentioned before we can join through 3 ways KEAM entrance exam Management quota NRI quota One with around 43000 or below rank in keam exam can join this college by applying for this college Or the people with not enough keam rank they can join through management quota Those who failed or lost in entrance exam can join through NRI quota

Admission:
The eligibility criteria for the course is 50% in plus two science. The admission can be taken in management or merit. The students with above criteria can join directly by contacting the college. The merit list is published according to the rank in keam.

Admission:
The eligibility for the course is a 12th pass (science). The application form will be available in the college. There are no such application fees. The admission process was very simple only photos & school educational certificates are required at the time of admission. A 10000 rs are required to pay for the admission which is refundable after the course completion. I got a great reduction in fees because of the 95% marks in the 12th class.
Admission:
For a 12th pass student, the eligibility of the course is having 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Lateral entries can be applied from the 3rd semester onwards. General quota seats must be given to entrance rank holders. Others can join through management quota and NRI quota. Reserved categories will get more relaxation on their age and ranks. The application forms and all other joining procedures are available through their official site:simat/ac.in. All semester exams are conducted by Calicut University.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Most faculties in my college are excellent in teaching. But the course syllabus was not perfect. It's the fault of university. Not much practical knowledge is gained. Because university is not conducting practical lab examination
