IIIT Allahabad MBA Eligibility
IIIT Allahabad MBA Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree of 3-years or the equivalent of a minimum three years duration in any discipline, with at least a 50% aggregate mark from a recognized institute.
- Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
- Applicants must have a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT of the year 2022/2023.
IIIT Allahabad MBA Selection Criteria
IIIT Allahabad MBA selections are made on the basis of scores in the qualifying exam, and GD/PI round. 60% weightage is given to marks in CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT marks. 40% weight is given to PI round marks.
- On completion of the application process, the institute shortlists candidates for the GD/PI round on the basis of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT.
- A list of such candidates is declared on the official website. Shortlisted candidates are then called for the PI round.
- Candidates performing a good score in the PI round are selected for final admissions. Interview rounds will be held at IIIT Allahabad and New Delhi. The admission committee may add/delete/modify any venue.
- In case of total marks being the same, the merit will be on the basis of the marks obtained in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT score, PI, and Date of Birth in deciding the final position on the merit list. Applications are subject to screening and shortlisting.
- The list of candidates offered admission to the 2 Years Full-time MBA Program shall be displayed on the Institute's website. Selected candidates will have to present all original documents at the time of admission.

Decent package according to ROI. Quite good exposure. Curriculum is designed according to the MBA course and all the faculty is quite cooperative and full of guidance. According to NEP 2020 there is mid semester and end semester for each semester along with total of 4 semester.

The course which I've opted for admission in IIIT Allahabad is MBA which is a two year programmes of management. The most influential decision of doing MBA is to enter into the corporate world with finest knowledge and quality communication skills and acknowledging the real world scenario of corporate affairs. This curriculum prepares me well for the future that is for real world applications and there is more broader field for academic pursuits. This prepares us well for doing the work in real time as it is a management specific course which deals with all the real time situations of the business world. Though it is influential but at some aspects it lacks factors which are essential for management. The teachings method should be improved in ways like providing more of practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge for dealing the real time situations with more informed and confidential manner. The exams are ranging from moderate to difficulty level and time and frequency is of 1 year

All faculties are very good and all the classes are taken by faculty only and lab class is taken by assistant teachers.From 2023 this institute is following national education policy (NEP).75% attendance is compulsary in this college.In this they take two exams in each semester one is mid semester exam and another is end semester exam.Faculties are very supportive and always listen to our doubts and solve it.I don't think that there is need for any improvement.

As IIIT is an IT institute I have opted for MBA in this college So that along with Management I can get IT exposure. The course curriculum is practical-oriented and focused on teaching practical-based knowledge to student. The student ratio is quite good compared to other college In batches 23-25, there is ratio of 2:1 between boys and girls. Students are from B.COM BBA BSC MSC BTECH AND BA backgrounds. Faculty members are highly qualified with more than 10+ years of teaching experience Everyone has more than 5 journals published in their name. The teaching method is one of the best features of the Institute. Teachers focus on questioning and reasoning not on a theoretical approach. They want students to get their minds involved while studying. Every semester exams are conducted 2 times one is mid-semester and the second is term end.
