Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology (IERT), Allahabad, a premier college of Uttar Pradesh was established in 1955. The Institute aims to have a very active interaction with the industry and has a mission to serve society by training professionals who can be leaders in innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity and management. The campus of college spreads over 26.5 acres of land. It has elegant buildings, beautiful landscaped spacious lawns and well laid roads. It is situated in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. - Udbhav: This function is organized on 30th of October every year. - Technovation: It is the institute’s annual technical festival. It includes various events for the hungry mind and the lively heart. Students from various engineering colleges participate and win loads of prizes

- Diploma Division is really good.But degree is not good as diploma.

- The infrastructure of our college is a little antique with buildings and poor maintenance. They didn't even painted the buildings.CCTV camera is only in main office building. Not all Laboratory equipments are available for us(except chemistry lab).
- Some desks,chairs and window's glasses are also broken(except 1st year buildings).
Admission:
You have to score 65% and more with PCM stream to get admission in Iert. You can find the details of admission form,fees and dates on the official website of IERT is aktu.ac.in . Only SC/ST has a reservation benefit other than you have to appear for exam like JEE and CUET to get the admission on the basis of your rank in these exam.Timing of the exam is 3 hour for each subject and the exam is at moderate level. No need of improvement in admission process.

You should have qualified in the JEE main exam with an 80 percentile or more it depending on your category. Admission process takes 1 day to complete Admission there is a notice board near office, you can check all the things about college. Also, you can check online.

Here the admission process held by an entrance exam occurred every year in September and the students are selected in every year by marks in different branch and also the fees is 21000 at the time of the admission

Admission process is simple that is through AKTU councelling. Any student who has given jee mains are eligible for the admission in IERT. Cut-off ranges from rank 1 lakh to 8 lakhs in jee mains. Can vary according to the branch.

The course is eligible for 12 students. Application form fees is minimum and application dates is in between march and april. No reservation is required. The frequency of exam is of class 11-12 level and timing is about 3 hours. Admission process is improve understanding the student problem.

Admission is mainly through jee mains exam and also direct admission be taken. If you given jee mains then apply for aktu counselling which shown on aktu official site in July month usually.. this year upto 10 lakh rank students get admitted in this college.. but for CSE you may be under 1 lakh. Direct admission also taken in this college but in lower branches..

- Very less fee as compared to other btech collages ony 50-60k is needed to get enroll and that to you can get in return thruogh up govt. Scolarship.

- No sports and extra curricular activities are done here due to which overall devlopment of student is stop here
- No such thing like annual fest etc. Only you can enjoy is fresher if celebrated by chance

You can take admission by opting the collage in aktu/uptac councelling or by direct addmision , the cutt off mark you will have to score only 70 percentile in jee mains for genral and the elegibility is only that you should have passed you 12 class , the only improvment i would suggest is that the councelling of uptac should be done on time it was ectended till September to October which was very late for new admission

The starting IERT Allahabad Hostel fee is INR 27,500 per year.
IERT Allahabad has not released the fee structure of diploma course in online mode.
Admission to both the management diploma and post diploma in computer applications is done on the basis of IERT entrance examination followed by an interview. Candidates applying for the one-and-a-half-year post-diploma in computer application should have graduated in any discipline with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects. Admission to the Engineering Diploma courses is done on the basis of the IERT entrance examination.
