Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is industry oriented and have relevancy Curriculum was in accordance with NEP guidelines with multi entry exit point The teaching methods include both practical and theoretical learning Exam difficulty is moderate and one who regularly attend class can pass with decent marks

Class Size : 53Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship are majorly awarded in finance and HR with highest stipend of 15000 lumpsum Companies are generally new gen startups and small companies Generally marketing and leads generation roles are offered to candidates Major projects to perform is publish of a term or review paper in any prominent publisher

Placement Experience :

Placement is average in college with maximum CTC offered upto 8 LPA Companies in finance are marketing domains are major recruiters Some prominent recruiters are BDO India , Intermesh , India Mart , Sutherland 100% students get final placement My plan after degree to have on campus placement and again corporate experience

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees hike is 10% increase per year Total cost is approx 600000 for two year Both states and central government scholarship are available for students along with private scholarships Campus life is quite amazing with regulars fests and events

Campus Life :

The campus life is what make IIITA MBA different from other B schools in prayagraj Fest like aproksha and effe are organised every years All books are available in both physical and E book form Class room have all modern facilities and teaching equipments with whole centralised AC complex

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is also good not like other government hostels Hostel room are well spacious and litted with all required furnitures Registration process is easy after issuance of admission card one can proceed to hostel office for registration Compare to facility hostel in affordable

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

The admission process was based on shortlisting and PI The candidate must have to clear any Management Exam like MAT ,XAT ,CAT , CMAT Application form are issued in month of mar and valid upto may Application fees is 1200 for general and 600 for other castes Exam are organised in two terms Mid sem and End sem Time Frequency is per exam 2 months

Interview Experience :

PI was happened during our admission process PI questions are based on economic situations and past academics and reasons for doing MBA For new batch admission process will include CBT and PI Not much prepration was needed for PI

Being brutally honest

Placement Experience:

After the 3rd term and the return from summer internship program the companies start to come and by the end of December the placements ends. After that no process of placement is entertained, so it's better to get a job by the 5th term and the join immediately after the course completion.

Remarks:

Since I have graduated from this university, the option to choose it over other private universities was like a homecoming for me. They consider only the results of the CAT/MAT/UPSEE or IUET entrance exams, or any other entrance test for MBA approved by prestigious universities when considering admission to the MBA program. Based on my CAT score, I was admitted to the MBA program.

Placement Experience:

More than 95 companies participated in our campus recruitment drive. Some of the major recruiters of our placement program included Deloitte, Capgemini, Amazon, Axis Bank, Infosys, HDFC Bank, HCL, Samsung, etc. At the campus recruitment program, more than 600 types of job designations were offered. The maximum package offered by the recruiters was at 12 Lacs.

My Life at GU, Greater Noida

Remarks:

Galgotias University from where I am doing MBA is a private university which is a member of AIU and is approved by UGC. Further, the placement record from MBA department is 90% and overall 100% placement rate has been witnessed. Also, the fee structure for MBA program 3.2 lakhs for 2 year and that is quite low as compared to other college's management fee So, basically for all these reasons, I decided to opt for MBA program from this University.Further, when I saw the placement rate, its ranking I waited for the release of application form and lastly, in the month of June and paid 1100 as application fee. Moreover, while filling the form, I provided my marks obtained in 10th, 12th and undergraduate and since, the admission for MBA is done on the basis of CAT, MAT, CMAT, and other exams, I provided my score of CAT exam. Then, based on my score in CAT exam, I got admission into this college.

Placement Experience:

For us, to get placed in good organisation, the placement cell of our college remains active for whole year and plays and important role in inviting leading companies to participate in placement drive. Moreover, our faculty members help us a lot as they train us to work as a team, enhance our presentation and communication skills and develop positive attitude and confidence in us. Further, our college holds 90% on campus placement record to top organisations like ICICI Bank, Just dial limited, Indiamart, Genpact, EFL, Byju's, HDFC Bank, and others.Among all the recruiters,the highest package offered was 10 LPA by LIDO Learning whereas the average package witnessed was 4 LPA.Since, the placement rate of our college is good and the participating employers offer decent package, I have decided to continue with my work once I get placed in a good company.
