The course curriculum was good from starting and faculty members are doing great. Electrical engineering is the best choice in IIT madras because lots of companies come here for top courses students like electrical engineering and CS

There is a placement percentage of almost 90 every year. Different multinational companies like Amazon, Google, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft, come and offer vast no of job offers. Packages range from 10LPA to 90LPA. Some time a crore package is also possible

In the 7th semester starting one has to register in the placement portal and upload a resume and register to the companies available in the portal ISRO, IOCL, HUL and many more. It is a full-time degree or diploma and so it will have more value than online. But if we compare IIT Madras’ online degree or diploma with any other college’s then it is better.
The duration of the course is 3 years. The mode of training is online, the lectures are mostly recorded and partly live sessions.
Whether the course will be good or not that depends on what subject you are planning to pursue. If you opt for a subject related to technology, then it is not a good option. This is because technology cannot be learned through books or audiovisual. It requires you to be present in the field to gain experience and knowledge.
What is your review of IIT Madras data science program?
The online Data Science program at IIT Madras is a great opportunity for someone who can not attend regular college because of financial constraints, illness, or other reasons. The online BS in Data Science and Application allows students to gain knowledge of this field from one of the most reputed engineering colleges in India.
The online lectures are taught by experienced faculty members from IITM. What I found most interesting was the professors' distinct approach to teaching. The students are routinely assisted by committed and supportive staff.
