I hated the power cuts in my college which occurs sometimes at night which disturbs my sleep

Placement Experience:

The college provides good placement. The college placement committee plays an important role in the placement process. We all have to register our name for placement with the placement committee and with the help and guidance of the placement committee we are able to crack the placement rounds with good offers. The highest package for our batch was around 35 LPA and the average package was around 18.50 LPA.

Placement Experience:

IIT Indore saw a colossal placement rate of 95% in the year of my study. Companies like Amazon, Samsung, DE Shaw and Co., Code Nation, Gojek, Texas Instruments, Cisco, ISRO, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Gail India, etc. These companies recruited candidates for positions like Applications analyst, applications developer, cyber security analyst, data analyst, database administrator, Forensic, computer analyst, games designer, games developer, IT consultant, UX designer, Web designer, web developer, systems analyst, etc. The highest package offered was 29 LPA, while the average package stood at 16 LPA. The questions asked during the interview were about the topics I majored in, my soft skills, and the live projects I participated in, during my year of study.

The college has a 100% placement record and the placement is according to the level of IITs in India. The college placement cell is cooperative and helpful and the proper guide us during the placement drive and make sure that we all are placed with good package offers. The highest package offer for our batch was around 45 LPA and the average package was around 20 LPA. Around 50+ companies visited the campus during the placement drive. I received the package of 25 LPA. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Arcesium, L&T, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, Amazon, Barclays, Deloitte, Jaguar Land Rover, JIO, Tata Digital, Quantile Analytics, Microsoft, Google visited the campus during the college placement drive.

IIT Indore is already famous for its placement and I also opted for the college because of its placement record and the package that the students receive is great. The college placement committee is quite professional and helpful they guide us throughout the college placement drive. During our batch, the highest package offer went up to 45 LPA and the average package was around 20 LPA. Studying at IIT Indore was one of the best decisions of my life IIT Indore provides the best return on investment. I also received an offer of 30 LPA from Microsoft it was like dream come true. Every year, companies come to this college for placement, where usually B.Tech and M.Tech students are put. Other companies come here for M.Sc. students, but it is entirely up to the student whether or not he wants to go. Although this college offers internships, no remuneration is provided.

Remarks:

One of top ranking institute in India. I got admission through JEE mains-advanced. I opted for mechanical engineering as I had less interest in coding related jobs and Was more familiar with Mechanical courses. There were 5-6 rounds before final appointment of college

Students are eligible in the fourth year for placement. There are so many companies visited to our campus like Google, Microsoft, etc. The highest package is 65LPA and the average package is 18LPA. Above 80% of students get placed in the CSE branch.
