Remarks :

Its one of the prestigious institute of India, and I really liked the culture here. The placement opportunities are very great, and student community is also very supportive of each other. The faculty is great, and there are so many good projects on which they are researching. The location is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very relaxed, and gives students chance to explore all opportunities, I like the kind of inter-disciplinary nature of teaching here, we can work with professors of other departments as well, and every faculty gives his best in teaching.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I will be working as a Software Engineering Intern with Samsung India this summer.

Placement Experience :

Placement opprotunities are very good here, all compansies visit us, average CTC is around 16 LPA, and average placement percent in last five years , (I dont remember) but its around 85-90%, and higher education opprtunities are also quite good here, few of my colleagues have done research intern at NTU, NUS, NYU, UCSD, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is same as in any other IIT, and scholarships and other financial assistances are also available to the students, the on-campus placements are very good, almost all reputed companies visit us, like Amazon, Flipkart, DE Shaw, are some of them.

Campus Life :

We have a great culture in campus, almost all festivals are celebrated with great participation of student community, We have our annual fest , FLUXUS, many artists like, Zakir Khan, Salim Suleman, Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan, Farhan Akhtar, e.t.c have performed in the event. Sports facilities are also great, the cricket ground, football ground, basket ball, lawn tennis, badminton courts, gym and indoor facilities are present ad in good state.

Hostel Facilities :

I opted for hostel, there are 7 hostel buildings each with capacity of around 500, all facilities are there in hostel, pure RO water, the 24*7 electricity, Free WiFi, and best of all, the single room is allocated to each student, the housekeeping service is also super, and the proper management is done by all authorities.

Good University to take admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 9 theory subjects that we have to study each semester. There are 6 lab subjects that we have to study. All the faculties of the college are very good, experienced and helpful. Two mid-term exams are conducted in a semester every year.

Students become eligible mainly through 5 or 6th semester in a graduation time and from the second semester in a pg time. Companies visited were HDFC , oasis, Oyo, parle, omega, Kotak. etc and no of offers made are also higher in number. Almost 90 percent of students get internships and more than 70 - 80 % got placements.

My experience in the BIST Bhopal

Placement Experience:

When the students come in the 4th semester they are eligible to participate in the campus drives. There are many companies visited in the college in the past year and made a numoures no. of offers to the students. The placement ratio of the college is something about 75%. I am looking for the campus coming in next month and I am also looking forward to some banking exams.

Remarks:

I chose this college because it has good placements. I developed interest in electronics in grade 11 and hence the course. It is a reputed college for years now having AA affiliation and NBA affiliation.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. We have companies like Dell, Endurance, Direct-I, Nokia, PwC, Robert Bosch, Epicor, Philips, L&T, Siemens etc. On an average, about 80 companies visit the campus every year. 82% of the people get placed in the campus.

As I am new I this institute I don't have much knowledge about placement but I have a rough idea about it.after some research I found that the placements are really great. The highest package was also good ad the average package is also great. major 'it' companies like Google and Microsoft have come in the past also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose information technology. It is one of the courses which I want to study. The institute really focuses on the practical and labs and their management is also very good. Regular labs are held according to the assigned timetable. The researched field is always open for the students of this institute as it has the Ph.D. course as well. There are also other facilities that are required for starting a career in research.
