I am always eager to learn about new technologies and that's why I have chosen the computer science and engineering course. The student radio in my college is very very bad :( Qualification of the faculty is good but is not that much interesting as I thought before taking admission into the IIT.

The college is known for its strong track record of placements will stop the placement process usually begins in the final semester of the program and students become eligible for campus placements from the final semester. Companies from various sectors like IT, consulting, finance, e-commerce manufacturing, and oil and gas visit the campus for recruitment. Some of the companies that have visited the campus in the past include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Exxon Mobile, and shell. The highest package offered by companies in the past ranges from INR 50 LPA to INR 1.5 CRPA and the average package offered ranges from INR 15 to 25 LPA. Profiles offered by the companies vary depending on the company, but typically include roles in software development, data analytics, and consulting. The percentage of students getting placements is generally high with the majority of students securing job offers before graduation.

In the seventh semester students who want placements have to register for every company they want to place in. First, there are online coding rounds are there and then on 1st December interviews are there if you qualified in the coding round. Many companies came in placements like google, amazon, Flipkart, uber, sprinkler, Goldman Sachs, and many more. Our highest package is 55 lahks D.E.Shaw and the average is around 18 lakhs. More than 70% of students get placed if they want to get placement. I want to do the job after my degree and apply for a master's at a big university like Stanford.

The placements at the college are very good. Very big tech giants visit the campus and recruit many students. The median CTC of Pre placement offer was 30 LPA and that of Day 0 and day 1 of placement was 17 LPA. Talking about the CSE branch mostly all students got placed in the placement session. The major companies visited were google, Microsoft, Walmart, amazon, uber, sprinkler, etc.
The main reason for choosing a computer science degree is good placement and intership opportunities. The coding culture at IIT ISM Dhanbad is very good and we have a coding society here, in which branch seniors take weekly classes and teach important concepts related to competitive programming.

The Placements at IITISM are very good. The placement starts in December in the 7th semester. This year on day 0 and day 1 and including the pre-placement offers total of 540 students are placed and the count is still increasing in phase 2 of the placement (currently running). in pre-placement offers, the median salary offered was 30 lakhs. and for overall placements, it is 17 lakhs. The major companies hiring are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc. According to the treads of previous years, At the end around 900 students are placed and for the CSE branch, the placement percentage is 100%. I have currently got A summer Internship offer at Walmart. and I want to get PPO at Walmart and want to become a Software developer at a tech giant.

Placements are good since the students are good coders generally but online sems are creating issues for some students since GPA restriction is used for most of the companies. About 50% of students get placements.
The placements at our college are one of the best in the country. All the companies come to college for placements. The highest package till date at the college is 8 lacks per annum. Around 96 percentage of students gets placed every year.
