The students become eligible from 4th year to sit for placements(except if you get an SIP and a PPO after that). Every company in India which hires students from colleges come to this college except for mass recruiters which the placement unit avoids to bring. The number of offers made last year was around a 1500. The highest package was 80LPA and the average being 24LPA The percentage of students getting placed is around 90% because a lot of students go for further studies I plan to work for 3-4 years to gain some experience and then go for a MBA afterwards in Germany
In the fourth year or 5th for dual degree students, students are given an option to choose the semester during which they want to sit through the interviews. Almost everyone has a job offer in hand after graduating from here.
