BITS Law School is a Mumbai based famous private Law institute which came into existence in 2023 under the aegis of BITS Pilani and offers integrated Degree courses in the discipline of Law, Arts and Business Administration. The institute is approved by Bar Council of India and admission to its programs is given to students based on their merit in previous year qualifying exam, score of BITS Law Admissions Test/CLAT/LSAT-India/AILET/MH CET Law Entrance Test and performance in personal interview which is conducted by BITS itself.

BITS Law School also offers scholarships to students depending on their academic achievements and financial backgrounds in order to celebrate the diversity of students the institute has and also so that they can pursue their dreams without much hassle. And the key conditions are that the student must be a citizen of India and must have passed 10th and 12th from a recognised board.

G.D. Birla Scholarship for Legal Studies - This annual scholarship is offered to those 2 students who achieve exceptional results in academics, co-curricular activities and top score in the admission process of BITS Law School. And under this scholarship 100% course fee is waived off for students.
K.K. Birla Scholarship for Legal Studies - This scholarship is granted to students who demonstrate amazing results in All India Law Entrance Test for admission in a 5-year integrated law program so that he/she can achieve his aspiration of becoming a top-notch legal professional. Also, 75% course fee is waived off under this scholarship and it is offered every year. Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test-India (LSAT-India), and Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law (MH CET Law) are some of the entrance tests which are considered by the college for granting it.
Sarala Birla Scholarship for Legal Studies – This scholarship is especially for girls and offered to those meritorious students who wish to bring a positive change in society through legal research or law practice. 75% course fee is waived off under this scholarship and it is awarded each year.
Merit & Means Based Scholarship - As the name itself is self explanatory, this scholarship is granted to those students whose family income is not more than INR 18,00,000. Also, the merit of students is collectively evaluated spending on their BITS Law School application form, extra-curricular achievements and performance in personal interview. This is also an annual scholarship and 90% of course fee is waived off in this with the aim to ensure everyone can access highly quality legal education and pursue their passion with full potential.
Academic Merit Scholarship - This scholarship is offered to those students who have demonstrated excellent results in board exams i.e 12th class, law entrance exam including ITS Law Admissions Test, Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test-India (LSAT-India), All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), and Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law (MH CET Law) and co-curricular activities. All students are included by default for this scholarship and 75% course fee is waived off.
Diversity Scholarship - This scholarship is specifically for exceptional women and third gender students, students from underrepresented regions ( including but not limited to Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Puducherry, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, and Sikkim) and the one who have some kind of physical disabilities. And the aim here is to promote the culture of inclusiveness on campus and 75% course fee is waived off under this scholarship.
