CET is the way to get here as without the entrance one will not find a berth here. Along with that there's also a minimum of 60% in 12th which is compulsory. If one qualifies both then they can apply for this college through centralised admissions form for Goa Engineering Colleges.

You are eligible for the course if you have done your 12th in Science stream or Diploma in Engineering The state holds an Entrance exam, for students who have passed the above-mentioned courses There are no criteria for percentage, only passing is enough. The exam name is GCET (GOA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST). The students are ranked according to the marks achieved. Students can select their choice Colleges according to the ranking. Higher marks students get in better colleges than the lower ranked ones There is a reservation for OBC AND ST Community and EWS. Lower-income students have reserved, One seat in each College. Lower-income students get a 50% fee waiver. The improvement in addmission that we can expect is the criteria to answer the Entrance exam should have a minimum percentage cutoff. Only those students can answer the exam.
The admission was through the GCET goa level test. The application is thought Thr Goa university as all The engineering colleges of Goa come under Goa University. The eligibility was the GCET test of the state level. If you get a rank or less than 300 then you get admission easily I got 192 Rank in the state.
The location of this campus is pretty much covetable distance by bike from my residence. And the staff as well as infrastructure too is decent compared to other colleges in my state(Goa). One problem I faced though was that the Internet connectivity in the campus is unreliable particularly with the WiFi provided by college. Overall its a decent campus to go to.
ya campus is small limited library books small parking less varity in canteen less no of events
College canteen could and should be improved. There have been many complaints regarding this and the college doesn't take any action. ACs have now been installed in labs.
Overall the college is good with good faculties and student environment. Some improvements needs to be done with the facilities such as infrastructure development etc.
PCCE offers four courses i.e Computer Engineering, Information technology Engineering, Electronics and telecommunication and Mechanical engineering steams. Frankly speaking, the syllbus of the goa board is not helpful and advanced enough when it comes to research work. It focusses mostly on theory and content is restricted to syllabus of goa board. There are in total 8 semisters in the four year course. Each semister contains two internal tests in which students get a chance to score as much possible. There is no doubt that the teaching in pcce and focus on curriculam is such that a student can excel with a good score in goa board. But for research if any, a student has to spend extra efforts independently.
The college management is good and fair to all the facilities are good and students concerns are look after.
The course is well balanced. Along with technical subjects it also has certain industrial friendly subjects which can help build the students personality for all aspects of life. The course is also updated every 7 years. So it's good enough. Also the knowledge we get is both, theoretical as well as practical. The course is very accurate in terms of technical things.
