How to Fill WBJEE Application Form 2025?

WBJEE Application Form 2025 has been released on the official website- www.wbjeeb.nic.in. Before beginning with the application process, candidates should read WBJEE official notification. The detailed procedure for completing WBJEE Application Form 2025 is mentioned below.

Step 1 – Register for WBJEE 2025

• Visit the official website – wbjeeb.nic.in
• Click on the “New Cnadidate Registration for WBJEE 2025” button.
• A registration form will be displayed on the screen.
• Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Identification type and number, Address, Email ID and Mobile Number.
• Choose your password and security question and answer, review your form and click on submit.
• Your application number will be displayed on the screen and will be sent to you as an SMS and email.

Step 2: Fill WBJEE Application Form

• Candidates have to enter their personal and educational in the application form.
• Fill your domicile, category, PwD status, home district, family income, nationality, religion and other asked details.
• Indicate three WBJEE Exam Centres in order of your preference and submit the form.

Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature

Candidates have to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature in specified guidelines.

WBJEE 2025 Photo and Signature Guidelines

• The photograph should be recently taken so that it matches the candidate’s physical features.
• The face of the candidate should occupy at least 50% of the entire space for the photograph looking straight to the camera.
• Spectacles of dark or tinted glasses in the photograph are not acceptable.
• The background of the photograph must be light in color.
• Candidates must scan the photograph to 300 DPI.
• Now, resize it to “Email small” till its digital size ranges between 3 to 100 KBs.

Step 4: Pay WBJEE Application Fee 2025

• After uploading the images, the candidate will be redirected to the payment page.

• The application fee can be paid using Netbanking, Debit Card and Credit Card.
• Additional bank transaction charges will have to be borne by candidates only.
• Application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Step 5: WBJEE Confirmation Page

• When WBJEE application form 2025 is filled completely, a confirmation page will be generated. If the confirmation page is not generated, it means the application process is not completed.

• Candidates have to save, download and preserve the page till the completion of the admission process.

WBJEE Application Form 2025: Important Instructions

It is essential to follow some basic instructions before filling WBJEE Application Form 2025. The form must be filled accurately and correctly. Hence, refer to these guidelines below:

• Make sure the information you provide is true and correct. Forms with incorrect information will be rejected.
• Do not divulge security questions and passwords to anyone and use it for all future logins.
• While uploading documents and images, adhere to the specified format and size. Forms with poorly scanned images will be rejected.
• Make sure your signature is not in CAPITAL letters. Upload your signature in running handwriting.
• Be careful in choosing your district and exam zone.
• Candidates applying through quotas will have to provide all relevant documents at the time of document verification.

WBJEE Form Correction 2025

Candidates are supposed to fill the form very carefully to avoid making mistakes. However, WBJEEB is going to open WBJEE 2025 Form Correction window for a stipulated time and any committed mistakes can be rectified then.

• In this period, candidates can edit certain fields of their application form.
• Candidates may have to pay additional fees for the changes made, for example, in the case of changing from reserved category to unreserved.
