MHT CET 2025 Seat Allotment
The MHT CET 2025 seat allotment will be done by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, through the Centralized Admission Process.
The allotment will be made online in the form of a provisional allotment list after every CAP round.
The MHT CET 2025 Seat Allotment will be done in the following stages:
Registration & Document Upload:
- Registrations and documents will be uploaded by candidates in June–July 2025 on cetcell.mahacet.org.
- In 2024, approximately 1.3 lakh+ candidates had registered for CAP rounds.
Provisional Merit List:
- A tentative merit list shall be published in mid-July 2025, considering MHT CET marks and category information.
- During the last year, more than 1.25 lakh candidates were on the provisional list.
Final Merit List
- After verifying the objections, the last merit list will be announced in late July 2025.
- Around 1.2 lakh candidates are expected to be eligible for seat allotment.
Choice Filling and Locking:
- Candidates will submit and lock in their college and course preferences by late July 2025.
- Branches such as CSE, IT, and AI-DS generally command maximum preferences (more than 60% choice locking).
