Campus area is so vast and climate here is very peaceful with greenary everywhere and filled with peacocks in between.
Academics are very good with well trained and experienced student friendly staff and can gain great knowledge than any other

Dislikes

As this is a vegetarian campus, they won't provide non vegetarian in hostel mess.We can get egg and fish from canteens but that's not free.
They make us to wear uniform and that's not liked by me.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements will be held at the starting of 4th year and many companies visits to select students in different roles.We can also go for taking masters and mtech apart from the placements.I'm trying to getting placed in the placements that are going to held next year.

Placement Experience:

The placements are based on your performance in viva and your if have cleared the exams. The placement salary is and something which i don't know much about but the intership does provide a stiffen of bout 2000 above (not sure). You don't need to pay the college fee during internship.

The college is very good and it a lot in extra curricular
The campus is very big and it supports lot of activities and it is essentially very important, very nice environment study and pursue engineering and this helps my career a lot and this can help me to join foreign universities

Dislikes

The card is very strict and sometimes check the uniform. That is the problem here
The college expects the students to buy uniform which I feel it's not a very good thing. But still that is the dress code there. I feel this as a dislike

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course which you are studying the b tech engineering computer science course is following the same curriculum and syllabus of the IIT madras course. So the syllabus is very competitive and tough and it has a high value

First thing I liked about this university is their placement. They have very good record of placement which makes me to choose this university. It also has nirf ranking in top 10. They prepare you by teaching some real time projects.

The students are from different parts of our country which is very helpful to get you exposer of different people.
The course is designed in such a way that a student with zero knowledge about computer can also study

Dislikes

Hostel food is worst and outside also there is not much restaurants where you can eat
The hostel rooms are also not very good, There are 4 people in one room which makes it little bit conjusted

Placement Experience:

The placements are not upto the mark. Many students in my class were left unplaced(about 40%). But you'll get placement if you have skill but don't expect a higher Lpa job. Overall about 30-40% students are still unplaced I got placed in IBM with a package of 4.5 lpa, So I'll join my company

Likes

Our faculties are much friendly as we feel like they are our family member.
No partially between students from the teaching and non teaching staffs.

Dislikes

The campus is not much gender friendly as the lack in the equality.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are very high. We get a minimum package of 6.5 lakhs per annum and more. The top end companies like EY , Deloitte, Tcs , federal bank, IBM, Tetrapark etc.. are available for us.

They have a college for integrated courses like bio informatics and biotechnology

Dislikes

I don't like the food provided by the hostel
Some may have a language barrier, because there are many students from different states and countries

I liked the campus mainly due to the green campus environment.
Good infrastructure, great environment to have evening walks

Dislikes

Mandatory outpass for going out is a barrier sometimes if its an emergency.
less holidays for festivals, unable to go home.

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty good on this campus. We have had so many big companies to recruit from our college. average salary package to our seniors was around 7-8 LPA. The highest was 16LPA if I remember. Our batch had so many zero selects after the company attended because the election time was nearing and the market was dull. But they will try their maximum to get everyone placed.

The infrastructure is quite good and the courses that they offer are updated for today's jobs.
The fests and the clubs in the campus are the main thing..Clubs are best thing is the entire campus.. we'll get a lot of opportunities through our college clubs

Dislikes

The mess food that they provide is not that good.
The hostel for first year students is far from the college..we need to walk a long way to get to the college

Placement Experience:

After semester 7 students are eligible for campus placements.. Some of the big companies like Microsoft, Google, Paytm and other all big companies offered campus placements.. The average package maybe around 6 lakhs per Annum.. My plans after getting the degree is to do business and be an entrepreneur.

Educational Values and the technique of teaching by teachers and good lab sessions . They actually have a good way of teaching to student

There are around 120 companies average which come to take students and its quote challenging for this course as we are less in number so there are companies like Amazon Microsoft TCS Mahindra and many other with a least package of 4LPA & avg of 6.7 LPA

Amrita University offers good learning opportunities. It also has a decent placement record. According to the highlights of Amrita University Placements 2021, almost 95% of students got placement offers. The highest CTC offered was 56.95 LPA.

But the coursework is demanding. You are required to do projects each semester. So, you need to keep up with the coursework, otherwise, you can easily fall behind.

Which is better in terms of 1. studies, 2. recruitments, 3. college life, and 4. exposure: Amrita, VIT Chennai or Anna University?

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.

College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.

Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
