The university has a placement cell that organizes various training sessions. Students who are eligible and opted for placements have more than one job offer, on average. Placements are facilitated by enhancing industry-academia association through frequent visits, interactions with the top management and facilitation of Faculty Development Programs, Student Visits, Industrial Training, and Project Guidance under the Corporate Action Plan. In 2019 several of our students obtain paid internships as a part of their PG program at leading companies such as Schlumberger, Microsoft, Intel, Daimler, etc. These internships last six months to one year and often lead to direct placements within their respective companies. The median internship amount was at INR 25,000 per month and the highest offered was INR 80,000 per month.

50 % Aggregate of biology, chemistry and physics and an entrance examination conducted by the college. Based on the rank after the entrance exam you'll be selected for merit or management. The entrance exams can be cracked with basic concepts from the 11th and 12th CBSE.

So there's an exam entrance examination. This exam is conducted usually around the month of May, June with the jxms and once you clear this exam, you are eligible to select your course in the University or with this you can also apply to the college with your board exam marks

The eligibility for the course is 50 percent in 10th and 12 th. They also conduct one extrance test based on the performance in it there will be councelling process and selection of fee slab also based on the performance of entrance exam.

First there will be entrance test and on the basis of rank, you'll get your branch and campus. After that you have to pay the tuition and hostel fees. There will be 2 exams in 1 semester and there be total 8 semesters. The difficulty of exams will be medium to hard

The admission process wasn't that much difficult. We must have atleast 65% in 12th standard and also have to pass an exam which will be conducted by our campus itself and an interview to check our knowledge on our syllabus.

I got this course by an interview. there was no entrance exams due to covid. So they did an interview, asked questions based on our subject area, and after few days they emailed me that I am selected. My brother is also studying there, he got it through the entrance exams .it includes aptitude, descriptive, statistics, verbal etc

A decent score(maybe>60) in any entrance exam would go. Since I started at the time of covid , everything regarding to the application was done online. I had a good CAT score so I availed scholarship .

The admission process is of 2 types 1) entrance exam which is conducted by amrita itself which is not that tough its like +2 syllabus and even an average student can score 76% and if u cross 90 u will get concession on Fer 2)with 12class marks you will get admission but your fee is fixed and no scholarship will be awarded as awarded for type 1 guys

- The ambience of the college is fabulous. Very nature friendly campus situated in the valley of Western ghats.
- Department of chemistry is pretty good. The faculties motivate us more into the research side which helps to build a deep knowledge about the subject.

Eligibility for applying for the course is plus two passes with a minimum of 50%. After applying they will call you for an interview & test. First, they will conduct a test based on our understanding of the subject. After that, there will be an interview. Having known some people studying in both these institutes, I can say that Kalinga University (KU) is much better than Amrita University. Here are some points in support of this statement.

The fee per year for the Btech course is INR 6.00 Lakhs at the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. You must have passed in 10+2 ( Class XII ) or its equivalent securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with not less than 55% marks in each of these three subjects. BTech, MTech, and MBA are the three most popular courses at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech program must appear for the JEE Main or AEEE entrance exam. The entrance exams for all the courses at AVV Coimbatore has already been over except for MBA i.e XAT/CAT exam will be conducted in November 2023.
The minimum required percentage for MBA in Amritha Vishwa Vidyapeetham is 50%.
