Likes
- The students are from different parts of our country which is very helpful to get you exposer of different people.
- The course is designed in such a way that a student with zero knowledge about computer can also study
Dislikes
- Hostel food is worst and outside also there is not much restaurants where you can eat
- The hostel rooms are also not very good, There are 4 people in one room which makes it little bit conjusted
Placement Experience:
The placements are not upto the mark. Many students in my class were left unplaced(about 40%). But you'll get placement if you have skill but don't expect a higher Lpa job. Overall about 30-40% students are still unplaced I got placed in IBM with a package of 4.5 lpa, So I'll join my company
Likes
- Our faculties are much friendly as we feel like they are our family member.
- No partially between students from the teaching and non teaching staffs.
Dislikes
- The campus is not much gender friendly as the lack in the equality.
Placement Experience:
The placement opportunities are very high. We get a minimum package of 6.5 lakhs per annum and more. The top end companies like EY , Deloitte, Tcs , federal bank, IBM, Tetrapark etc.. are available for us.
Likes
- They provide integrated degrees for bsc chemistry, physics,maths
- They have a college for integrated courses like bio informatics and biotechnology
Dislikes
- I don't like the food provided by the hostel
- Some may have a language barrier, because there are many students from different states and countries
Placement Experience:
50%of the students got placed in various countries, that's the reason I chose this college. Various companies like Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Asian paints etc.. give placement opportunities. I think every two years there's an interview. Mainl

- The infrastructure is quite good and the courses that they offer are updated for today's jobs.
- The fests and the clubs in the campus are the main thing..Clubs are best thing is the entire campus.. we'll get a lot of opportunities through our college clubs
Dislikes
- The mess food that they provide is not that good.
- The hostel for first year students is far from the college..we need to walk a long way to get to the college
Placement Experience:
After semester 7 students are eligible for campus placements.. Some of the big companies like Microsoft, Google, Paytm and other all big companies offered campus placements.. The average package maybe around 6 lakhs per Annum.. My plans after getting the degree is to do business and be an entrepreneur.
Likes
- Educational Values and the technique of teaching by teachers and good lab sessions . They actually have a good way of teaching to student
- The quality of education and the time table and the exam structure for semesters
Dislikes
- Hostel food for sure as it is not suitable for south indians except kerala people
- Very less strenght in a section which lacks in competetion
Placement Experience:
There are around 120 companies average which come to take students and its quote challenging for this course as we are less in number so there are companies like Amazon Microsoft TCS Mahindra and many other with a least package of 4LPA & avg of 6.7 LPA
Likes
- Few clubs are just brilliant. Clubs like amFOSS and BIOS are the top notch in their respective fields in the entire nation. amFOSS for open source and BIOS for cybersecurity. Hence plenty of guidance is provided by peers and friends in these clubs.
- The syllabus is pretty easy. Though it's lengthy it's doable and mostly students get through really well. Assignments are reasonable and hence plenty of time for self-development and building connections, working on projects and just growing.
Dislikes
- The mess food is not up to the mark. No special food even on events like Diwali, Holi, Ram Navami. It's the same dal rice, sambhar, idli every day. Never any fruits except a banana a week.
- The libraries aren't 24/7 which is a really disappointing fact. And they don't have A/C too. Just fans, and limited time, doesn't make up for a really good environment for studying when you find disturbance everywhere else.
Placement Experience:
Placements are pretty good. Most of the students get placed. Several get ppos and get internships in the 6th Semester itself. Companies like google and microsoft also hire. Many students apply for higher education too.
Likes
- The vibe of the College is very good, the location is very scenic with the backwaters and the ocean, the college is an open campus which lets us around with freedom rather than a compounded one. The vast number of Research labs and clubs is very good
- The Club culture in the college is very good, we have 2 of the famous clubs 'Foss' and 'Bios' and there are various other clubs where once you get into we will get projects and mentorship on domains we are interested in like app dev, web dev etc.
Dislikes
- The Campus is not too big, the location of it being in a town/village makes it difficult if we want something and we have to travel some good distance for nearby cities, Infrastructure can be better for some classrooms, and buildings.
- The hostel is decent along with the mess, but can be way better, the mess food is ok but not exceptional, the night dinner mess is not that good. There is no Canteen after curfew at 8:45, which makes it difficult sometimes at night.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements at the end of Semester 6 and the start of Semester 7, for eligibility to sit in the campus placement, the student has to have above 6.5 CGPA and no standing arrears. Many companies visited the college like Microsoft, cadence, wipro , cisco, TCS, infosys, Techotip, Vivriti capital,Arista etc. the highest package offered was 40 - 50 lpa, and the average package is around 7-8 lpa. Around 80-85% of the students get placed, while some dont but many chose to go for higher studies. My plan is to get a job in placement and continue it after getting my degree and think of masters depending on situations

- The campus has several laboratories throughout all the branches in several graduate degrees which are well equipped. Students, if they want to perform any personal projects, can approach the lab faculty to get their work done.
- The campus specially focuses on research opportunities when compared to other private universities. The university encourages the students to publish research papers. It gives grace marks and distinction to students with published research papers
Dislikes
- It is overly strict for girls. Girls have a curfew time of 5:30 after which they cannot stay out of hostel without stayback forms
- The University tends towards being cultural in several aspects. It has courses that teach about Hindu culture which is made mandatory and not optional
Placement Experience:
The placements in our campus are not that good as most of the companies go to the main Campus i.e Coimbatore campus, hence the highest packages come from that campus, in our campus highest is 28lpa and average is 5 lpa(Only amritapuri campus), but for coimbatore campus highest is 56 lpa(approx.) From 3rd year onwards we'll be eligible for internships and placements. Companies like airtel, temenos, google, microsoft, etc visited our university out of which highest was given by google 56lpa and a good average of 9.1 lpa(For all the campuses). 95% of the students get placed. After getting the degree my plan is to move abroad for higher studies.

- i like the theme of clubs here in which a student can improve their skills in their core areas and also more interacting sessions in clubs and also many cultural activities.
- l like the gym training system over here.nice gym trainers and many competitions on gym.
Dislikes
- i dont like the mess food in our collage.which makes me to eat more meat outside.
- the network issue in hostel side is too poor not enough to even download a 2mb file.
Placement Experience:
campus placements are not bad which are handled by our campus CIR(companies and industrial relationships). highest package is over 46lakhs who has cgpa of 9.8. there are many companies which viside our campus mainly amazon, nvidia,intell, google. mainly the students who has gpa of 8.5 and above will get excpected pacakges in placements. i am thinking to do phd on electronics after my degree may be after 2 years of job in it sector.

actually i dont have any idea about placements but as per our seniors highest in ece was around 30 LPA around 95 percent were placed i want to do job for 2 years and then go for higher studies in america
