The course curriculum is pretty much the same as any other college. Maybe the difference is the extra classes like yoga/meditation, ADM etc provided, which really try connecting students to their culture, roots and their traditions. Subjects/Topics like DBMS, Network, DSA, System Design and all others essentials are touched upon. S1 includes python language, S2 introduces to web-dev ( html, css, js, reactjs, nodejs etc). Ocassionaly there are CIR classes, which are taken by the placement cell. These classes aim to provided some idea about the placements, skills, and in general experience via coding competitions, mock interviews, fun games, communications building exercises etc. Hence the overall environment is pretty supportive. With regular class tests, assignments and vivas it's made sure that the student are performing throughout the year and develop a habit of working in tough conditions. Amidst these the extra skills are to be gained by the students themselves.
Each program typically consists of core courses, electives, practical sessions, projects, and internships. The curriculum is designed to meet industry standards, foster critical thinking, encourage research, and promote innovation. The faculty at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham comprises highly qualified professors, researchers, and professionals dedicated to providing quality education and mentorship to students. With diverse expertise and a commitment to excellence, the faculty members engage in interdisciplinary research and academic endeavors, fostering a vibrant learning environment.

I am very interested in taking this course from my 11th standard onwards and there is a good scope and better placements in CSE . There is only 1 lecture and 69 students . Many faulty lectures are very well qualificated with phds and some are nits also . The teaching is good and avg . It is based on the student who want to concerate they can easily get by this lectures. There is 1 mid and 1 sem . for lab oriented subjects there lab exams also . It is okay to pass the subjects not so difficult as per now . If you concentrate well it is okay to pass .

I chose CSE because it has more placement opportunities compared to other branches . - a class consists of 65-70 students and 1 teacher for a subject. - almost all the faculty members done their PhD in their respective courses . Teaching method is too good . - we have a sem exam and mid term exam . It's a medium to hard to pass for exam.

I choose computer science course because I'm very interested in this and moreover it is trending in present.the faculty student ratio is 1:10.and the faculty are highly qualified and most of them has done Phd in their subject what they are teaching.the exams are moderate level so if you study hard you will pass and term exams were like in once in 6 months averagely.

I have chosen this course because of the placement opportunities(with high salary packages) and the demand it has now. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:12 approx which is actually not bad. All the faculties are PhD graduates and they have years of experience in this field. So obviously the teaching is good. The term exams are moderate. Some of them are difficult, and the rest are moderate. It is not that hard to pass the examination.

I have chosen this course because of its rising demand and I know its worth of it. Here is the faculty: student is about 1:14 which is actually not bad. Almost 95 percent of teachers here are Ph.D. holders and they have adequate experience. The term exams are moderate. I would say that it is neither easy nor hard. It depends on the individual. It's not that difficult to pass the examination.
One of my friends was a student from Amrita and she pursued ECE on the Bangalore campus. According to her experience, in general, the Coimbatore campus is better among the two.
The reason behind choosing Amrita University, Coimbatore is because of its well-structured infrastructure and great academic culture. The Coimbatore campus has also remained consistent in being ranked high amongst most Indian colleges.
However, for the CS branch specifically, my friend suggests the Bangalore campus. The academic culture in the institute is significantly good. Moreover, the rules and regulations in the institute are not as strict as on the Coimbatore campus, letting students have a better amount of balance.
Since you are in close vicinity with various IT companies and are surrounded by classmates belonging from households where either parent might be working in similar companies can provide you a commendable orientation as well.
As per the recent trends the average and highest CTC offered at the Bangalore campus is 40 LPA and 80 LPA respectively.
According to my friend, you will also have a better peer group with good communication skills at the Bangalore campus as opposed to the other two. So, choosing the Bangalore campus may give you an edge.
One of my friends was in Amritapuri so I know better about Amrita University than Manipal University, Chennai. The brand Amrita isn’t known among the IITs and NITs but the college is quite prominent among the companies and universities.

Moreover, the college offers more amazing opportunities such as exchange programs and internships in research labs. This is an absolutely good set of opportunities for CS students.
