Admission process is based on the two exams : (50% reservation for state-local students) a) AEEE - campus own exam (cutoff for ECE - around 2000 rank*) b) JEE mains. I got 95 percentile in JEE mains and i joined thorugh JEE mains only and admission process is so smooth and easy. I applied for other colleges like only NITs and IITs, but based on my intrest in ECE i couldnt bale to get there and i got here.

I applied to SRM VIT BHARATIYAR UNIVERSITY and I preferred this college over those college because of the quality of education here. For the eligibility the the student must pass the bachelors with good grades over 8CGPA and should write an online MCQ test. If he passes the test an interview is conducted where the subject oriented questions are asked and the panel decides to opt the student

First had to give a test and then an interview. After qualifying both we had to give the verification and pay for the first semester and if you are choosing hostel, 1 year hostel fee also should be paid. The admission process was a smooth process.

I joined this college because of the rankings. According to nirf ranking 2024 amrita university is at the 7 rank, which clearly indicates that it's one of the best in the country. About the admission procedure, you can take admission either through AEEE or JEE percentile or you can apply with both of them. Or through Management quota. The cutoff of these exams varies every year.
