The hostels for 1st year are very good which feels like home. For second years it a bithard to adjust. The rooms have attached bathroom for 1st year and combined for other years. The tiffen is good. The lunch is not so good. And the dinner is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The hostel registration and fee payment is done with tusion fees. The hostel fee is 25k.

i hate the college food, its my personal opinion that there should be some non veg in the college, because in amrita Coimbatore we will get so which not amritapuri

The hostel is pretty old but well - maintained as we can see from the cleanliness, and as this is a vegetarian campus you can only expect to find veg food as the Amrita Ashram so for the juniors to get used to the food will be a task but later on , it will gradually be normal. The menu is pretty simple, its idli idli idli and dosa. The menu is a classic south indian food with a north indian touch and the quality is good. The process of getting into the hostel is also rpetty simplem When you get enrolled in the campus, You can see the hostel optionon the website and the affordability is just moderate , For 71k fo an year, I wont regret it a lot.

Rules and regulations in hostel. Mess is average and campus provides only vegetarian food.

Room facilities: There will be three members for room. Hostels also provide Wi-Fi connectivity though the speed my vary. 3 beds and three study tables will be provided for every room. Male quality and menu: To Koi hasil provide se standardised maths facility. Mix of south Indian and North Indian food. Fast and is is 70000 per year

I liked my college atmosphere and and the beach near hosterl

The mess food is very bad and we cannot eat those rubber idli that are very worst and only the good thing is there will be restarens near by those are having reasonable lrice
The bathrooms from 2 sem is very bad and they are common bathrooms, we cannot adjustable in that ways

Our hostel name is Prahalada and it consists of 2floors and the warden is very strict that he not encourage the indisciplinary actions and he will make fines for that and also suspensions, the registration fee including caution deposit is 5k and it is very low when compared to other colleges.

Sports ground maintenance is not good and they are more distance from hostel

Hotel rooms are good with spacious. We provided with bed of 3 storage racks and table with locker on top of it. Room is for 3 members. The meal quality is good but taste is in Kerala style so many people dislike it. Affordability of hostel is good . Hostel fee will be 75000. Hostel fee is better when we compared with other colleges hostels

The hostel food is not too good or not too bad

Our hostel rooms will accommodate 3 person in a room with attached washroom and no ac there won't be dhobi and room cleaners we should do ourselves the meals are good and not that bad and hostel registration is done in campus itself

And even there are so many less number of canteens in hostel , we have to walt 3-4 mins to go to a canteen and even to go mess

Meaks are waste , i and my friends also don't like the mess food In room a person will get a study bench, chair ,bed and matress- we shld pay 3000 to get other accessories also like bucket,hangers There are pg , actually beautiful it is on the vallikavu road

I am in college hostel, in my hostel 1 room is for 4 people and there 4 more girls hostel other than mine. We have strict rules that we have to be in hostel by 5:30PM we there is college. In weekends they will give permission to go out from 3-5:30 evening. Food is too bad

Hostel food must be improved and Air conditioning should be installed in class rooms

For first year we got rooms accommodating 3 people each room ,the rooms are better than expected but air conditioning is needed. The locality for rooms is vallikavu .food is below average for me it needs to be improved

The truth about (amrita) : A students perspective

I have not liked mess food here, it is very worst food and we cant adjust the mess food here, it is very difficult to adjust and the food is very oily and saucy but there are many hotels near by we can eat those with reasonable price.
i not liked the hostels from 2 year as it having common bathrooms and we cant udjustable here, there are 3 sharing rooms.

The mess fees is 75000 and the hostel fees is 30000 with caution deeposit 5000, the hostel rules are very strict the mess food is not bad and we cannot adjust with that food especially idli, smabar which are having daily we cannot eat that beacause they are made up of rubber material.
