As my college is under kerala University the admission process is based on marks. I had above 90% mark in plustwo and I got the admission in third allotment. And I think a person who have above 85% attendance can get admission in my college within last allotment. The application was completely online in the kerala university site. And application coasted me below 500. The only cost to study in my college is the exam fees and textbooks. The person who have postmetric schoolatship will be free from exam fees and everyone have admission fees 9500 for those who is without postmetric schoolatship and 7500 for those who have postmetric schoolatship. Timing of exams are really unpredictable as my college is under kerala University. The Biochemistry subject is completely hard to study

The eligility for admission was +2/ 12th pass and a rank in KEAM, the entrance test in Kerala. The admission procedures was through the website of cee kerala. There were frequent exams, including 2 series test and 1 university exam for all the courses studied in a semester which has a duration less than 6 months, which was usually 4-5 for us. The exams were average to difficult for me. There were some easy exams too. The admission procedure is good and the students can leave and join (by spot admission) the college even after a few weeks of starting classes. There is a lateral entry to the course for the students who have completed diploma in the third semester. Also students from other college can join here in third semester through college transfer.

Admission process was probably good. For KEAM entrance exam it will varies with departments and reservations. If rank is around 2000-10000 for a general category it can be get admission in TKM. For Lateral entry also rank is important.

One can get admitted to the college based on KEAM score and rank. As TKM is among the top 3 colleges in Kerala, it is not easy to get a seat in the college, but with a little effort you can join secure a seat in the college. The cutoff for each caste and categoru is different. Hence is you have a reservation quota it is pretty easy to get a spot in the coloege. The counselling for the admission is done by 3 allotements. KEAM examination is conducted once every year.
